I can verify the analysis of AJ's awesome kill strikes. My karate Sensei- a master direct from Japan- always stressed that knifehand strikes like that must target the lower jaw, and NOT on the neck as is commonly believed. Striking to the side of the neck like that does NOTHING. (It can have a devastating effect on the jaw, however.) Additionally, doing a double-chop like that (whatever he calls it), it is nearly impossible to generate destructive force even to a good target.

Clearing the room was priceless. Having a center-fed door gives you two hard corners, but never mind clearing most of that room from outside the room, THEN going back to back(really wide door) with another team member(or Hi-low) and clearing those corners together? Don't bother stating "IF YOU MUST clear this ALONE, clear all but the two hard corners from outside the room, Make your best guess based on any noise, etc, drop one, then quickly check the other, and thats if you MUST clear this room ALONE" No, no, instead, just step into the room, and actually move into an EMPTY corner, taking several steps into what you already see is an empty corner, ALL THE WHILE keeping your BACK to the other hard corner, and once your bad guy has had a good 3-4 seconds to just POUND you from behind, slowly turn, SEE HIM, and shoot. HOW did NO ONE call BS? Look, BG in corner sees you step into a room in front of him, walk a few feet towards the opposite corner, your back to him the entire time, and watches you SLOWLY pivoting around his way with a rifle.....I am sure he's gonna be SO impressed with you, he won't even be able you just POUND you from ass to scalp with whatever peashooter he happens to have, right? WRONG! HOW did these people not conclude: "THAT makes no SENSE?? WHY would you enter a room, your back to the threat for several seconds? HOW can that EVER be correct? AT BEST you'll TRADE fire and both die, and most likely you'll get dropped from behind and never know what hit you. Clearing a room alone is tough, and should be avoided IF POSSIBLE, but there are ways of doing it...obviously. THIS moron's ways, I can't believe even an untrained but intelligent person wouldn't have said: "That CANNOT be right. Navy SEALS cannot have earned the rep of the BEST of the BEST by giving their enemy their BACK for several seconds in a CQ gun battle?"
