Going to be about 115 tomorrow with 40mph winds, going to be ugly, but then a cool change. Ive bit the bullet and bought a cheap petrol generator, $500 they are pretty popular, not many complaints. Ive got away with not having one, but last year when it was 120 all night and no breeze and no power for 12 hours, that was enough.

Mom always could see our hidden talents, even if we couldn't. She's not as crazy as we thought. Now we can take care of her the rest of her life, even if it's gonna cost us a small fortune in wine. We also have to tip our hats to our good neighbor Hef, he helped us out large. Back when we didn't have two pennies to rub together, he let us use his garage to rehearse. He always kept the beer fridge well stocked for us, always ordered us up pizza, and didn't care that we'd be belting it out till 2 or 3 in the morning. So yeah, we're gonna take care of Hef as well.
