Night all.

Hi all. Checking in to see how the family is doing. Not sure I told you but MrsNH decided to go back to work. She is a psychologist and started taking clients this month. Apparently the need is huge and she is happy to do it. Her Tuesday's are booked up so I have to play taxi to pick kids up from school, take one to gymnastics, the other to Karate and then run over to pick up gymnastics kid. It's humbling to see a little taste of her other days. I basically have to take off from work at 2:20 not to return until 6PM. So, as much as I moan about my job, I could not do this if I had another job. The fly in the ointment is that once I start traveling again, everything is broken.

I have to go to a wake tonight. My youngest son's father in law passed away Friday after having to go on a ventilator with Covid that developed into pneumonia. Poor fellas organs began shutting down. The man was only 45 years old. This covid is so strange how if effects some so severely and others barely at all. I had it with a low grade fever, muscle aches, a strange taste like rust or iron in my mouth. It sucked for eight days but the worst part for me was I was insanely exhausted tired. I have seven horses and 14 Cane Corsos to tend to so there was no resting for me really. Just floored me when my son called me and told me the doctors said there was nothing left they could do. Id seen the guy a month ago and just like that covid killed him. Awful.

Fingers crossed today for Larry Elder. He's got a big hill to climb today.

I wonder if they had to prove they got their covid shot. I didn't see many masks! Personally I'd like to see the rich shut down everything they have control over for say 1 week. Just to show morons in designer dresses who is actually paying the taxes.

They showed the children of some Firefighters that now are NYFD. Tickets were pricey to say the least, but both game were great. Was nice to thank the FDNY, NYPD and Port Authority hero’s. Did invite him to 9/11 game but they had plans..9/11 is my sister-in law’s birthday.

Senior I dont know much about bird hunting besides doves. Waterfowling is not real big here but it is along the Texas coast. Geese is big and ducks. Its amazing all the work yall have done on those impoundments. Dirt work is not cheap. Youve got a class A waterfowl refuge in the works there. Xena must be in heaven with all the birds on that property.
