The Federal Court in Ft. Myers just harpooned Bernath and awarded his victims a huge sum of money just epically huge money just epic. It was an ugly loss for Bernath and in the published opinion of the judge they body slammed Bernath and cut him off at the knees. The judge basically too him to the barn and beat him in a long-overdue beating.The judge is also lining up on him for a civil contempt punishment on Bernath and the judge is going to be harsh with him.The court also muzzled Bernath and even pulled his teeth out for any future antics Bernath may cook up.Bernath is now toasted, done, burned to a lump of charcoal.Bernath now owes his victims (Seavy and Amercian Legion) close to 1.5 million dollars in damages.Bernath will likely go to a Federal prison to spend some quality time and I would not be surprised if he is given 3-5 years and the judge seems to be quite pissed.The judge ripped him to shreds.

Given Criers both recent hate speech issue, and the timing of Dallas getting schooled in Missouri, and then his showing up at American Legion Headquarters to make a video, I suspect that he also stopped in to visit Bernath.The video that Dallas shot (the mere making of it), is in violation of what the just told him not to do. Him working with Joesph Crier is going to be a problem for both of them, but neither of them has the brain power of a sheet of wet toilet paper.  But, it has Bernaths signature of everything in terms of wording, attacking dead children of a veteran, just anything the three of them can do to lash out at everybody.
