hopefully this helps some of the older folks here, Low back pain can be caused by dehydration. when dehydrated lower back muscles will go into spasm mode causing sharp pain. also spinal disc lose cushioning ability when we are dehydrated. As you know some people already have permanent damage such as herniated disc and other problems. I dont like water much anymore but i found out i will want to drink it if its with me, i get thirsty once the pump is primed. made a big difference for me, good luck all .

Evening ging ging ging . 20:34 in Elk Valley. Local Bears are waking up . Crew member went for a short walk last night . Noticed bear poop first but when he seen large bear prints and little baby bear prints he got back to the camp fast . Another bear is living half way up the mountain before the mine . Mommy Cougar has 3 new baby's this year . Big Horn Sheep wander through out the mine trailer city (offices and lunch trailers) and along the roads . Don't pet the new lambs . A Big Horn Ram would crush a humans hips with one blow . People are dropping like crazy . Litterly . Standing in line up for the bus and people collapse and hit the dirt. Sore throats fevers flu symptoms. Mine Recue shut down the mine and took my foreman to the hospital. Me ,not drinking. Up to 7 hrs. Sleep lost 10lbs . Nothing seams to cause any stress . Found myself laughing alot . Feel fantastic . Miss you all . 2 weeks in and 1 week off . Good night. Stay safe .
