This has been a Christmas family tradition in our house. Always one of my favorites! Will try it with onions next time around. Thank you Diane!

Sound good but I'm going to need to find some English equivalents for Jimmy Dean's Hot Sausage meat. Probably best I speak to our local independent butcher. Also do you think parmesan cheese would work.
I will let you know what I use and how it goes.
Thank you

mmm these look tasty. Looks just like the Turkey burgers I make, expect you're using sausage instead of ground turkey.

when I make meatballs for spaghetti I use ground pork, veal and hamburger and MY two ingredients other than three kinds of meat are onions and shredded parm. not the shit in the green can I am talking a nice well aged parm. I also never use egg and very very little bread crumbs if any at all. Onions are 85% water so they are excellent for adding moisture into a meatball.
