Get better, Senior. I'm going through similar issues, multiple "systems" malfunctioning, and none of my VA doctors have any clue what the problems are. The word I keep hearing is "idiopathic". I don't necessarily blame them since I've always been a bit of an anomaly. Anyway, you need to slow down just a bit. I know it's difficult for us old hard-chargers to downshift, but just try it. Down here getting to see a Specialist works a few ways but boils down to take a number, get half your money back through the public system with a referral from your Doc. Or ring the Specialist and say I pay cash and youre in the next morning. Might cost you $500 more but Docs love cash.

sciatica is the worst. It puts me down for weeks until it plays its course and I finally get back from the flare up. don't get me started on my neck aches. ugh. Hell, to get old. Right there with you Don. Stenosis and arthritis in my lower back. Sucks. They want to give me cortisone shots I declined. Physical therapy was a joke, gave me some horseshit bands and stupid exercises. I have a inversion table that helps along with stretching. At 54 eventually I'll have them carve on me. Anyway hope Everyone is doing well

That referral thing will probably bite me in the ass some day. In 2022 I needed a checkup before they would do my cataracts so I went to an urgent care to get it done. They asked who my regular doctor was and I said " I guess you are". I got my eyes done and I ain't been back since.

Thanks for sharing your issues, Senior. Getting older does suck. I hope you get the referrals you need for further follow-up. Hopefully, it's just one or two root causes they can treat.
