We've got a regional grocery chain here in Oregon that has one of the best meat departments I've seen anywhere. Buffalo meat, ranch-raised elk, any kind of bird you can think of... they're amazing. A little bit on the pricy side but they have sales all the time, too - you can also get some of those "freezer pack" deals if you've got a home freezer.

I wish I lived closer, I could drop home grown organic vegetables, honey and freshly made cakes and jams (I think you call them jellies) off for you all. Barter for a shot on the Barrett.

Diane, do you have alternatives to beer and wine in your cooking. I can't use any spirits in my cooking. i have had enough already for two or three lifetimes. Thanks I cant wait to try your crab cakes and corn bread

These cooking segments are fantastic. Loved this recipe and the fun making it. Diane and Brandi - you are both awesome. I think there was more wine consumed in the making of this video than was suggested (!) I love the variety of content of this site. Totally unique! A real treasure! By the way, what does bear taste like??

Wow that looked so good...thought my 13 year old grandson might like it (picky eater) used sirloin beef tips & left over chicken breasts. Added lots of carrots and peas (his favs) plus all the stuff you did DIANE.. Used lots of grated Parmesan AND after baking it was DELICIOUS!! Thanks so much DIANE & Brandy you gals are the best!!!
