just a quick political note. John James is our Republican Senate candidate from Michigan. After graduating from West Point in 2004, he became a Ranger Qualified Aviation Officer. he went on to serve with distinction in Operation Iraqi Freedom earning a Combat Action Badge (CAB) and two Air Medals, while logging 750 flight hours in-theater leading two Apache Attack platoons. he served for 8 years. “I flew 750 hours of combat in Baghdad and on exactly zero missions did anybody ask me if I was qualified before I put a Hellfire missile down a terrorist’s throat” ~ Captain John James. I’ve got my fingers crossed for a win. 

Put the Avocado seeds out near the pond. They will grow. Takes awhile but they will sprout. Or you can start them inside and move them in and out during the cold weather. :)

You can also cook the fish with salt pepper and butter in a large Ziploc bag in 140 degree water,..................leave it in for a half hour or an hour,...........you can't overcook it. When complete you can refrigerate and eat whenever you wish. I heat it up on defrost in the microwave. Thanks for posting.

It never accured to me to cut the fish in small pieces and then fry. I will do that next time! Good luck with your diets! Low or no carb diets are very hard to stick to.
