I joined because of your experience with the douchebag Dan Bernath. I proudly served 6 years in the navy as an Avionics tech and got out in 1981 as an E-5. Your videos busting these fakes, phonies and frauds make me even prouder of my service. No I wasn't a SEAL but had one as an instructor in BOOST school and he was a role model. Bernath is insane. I don't know how this turned out but I will research it and I'm sure he lost. I support you from her in Florida. Even though I just joined, I will be a shipmate for the long haul.

So hard to watch these, I joined a few months ago, the gravity of your, your husbands pain is wrenching. While I know how this turns out, you folks journey thru this is hard to witness.

I wasn't a member during your trials & tribulations with blood clots and the devil's disciple, Bernath. I teared-up listening to your anguish; which I seldom do because I'm a proud and supposedly tough war veteran myself.
I'll soon be 69 (May 24th.) and have lived with pain since my 30's. VA says exposure to Agent Orange is the cause. I also have mega tinnitus (Big gun Artillery) and never get rested with headphones and a CPAP machine connected to me in order to try and get some sleep. It's been years since I was able to walk just down to the corner, and depend on my scooter to get around.
Been with you two for a couple of years. Joined a few months ago and almost feel like part of the family because you share your lives with us all.
God love you for what you do for us! The devil's disciple will get his due someday!

DANIEL ALAN BERNATH [#116636], 67, of Fort Myers, Fla., was disbarred Aug. 28, 2016 and ordered to comply with rule 9.20 of the California Rules of Court.

Bernath was disbarred after his default was entered for failing to appear in the midst of a lengthy State Bar Court trial. He failed to have his default set aside or vacated within 45 days as required under rule 5.85 of the State Bar’s Rules of Procedure so the bar moved to disbar him.

The charges were deemed admitted. Bernath engaged in the unauthorized practice of law, engaged in moral turpitude by repeatedly holding himself out as entitled to practice law when he wasn’t and made a false statement to the State Bar. He also engaged in the unauthorized practice of law in Oregon, where he was not licensed, engaged in moral turpitude by practicing law there, failed to report to the State Bar an order permanently barring him from practicing before the Social Security Administration and sent letters to prospective clients that were not labeled as advertising.

In a third matter, he held himself out as authorized to practice law when he wasn’t and engaged in moral turpitude by doing so.

I'm a new subscriber, but I am so sorry for you, Diane and Don, having to deal with this idiot Bernath, he's an embarrassment to the state of Florida as well as anything else or place he's affiliated with. I'm in West Palm Beach and if you need anything, you just let me know. A drive across the state to Ft. Misery aka Ft. Myers isn't that far. I hope all is getting better now, I am new to this channel but have watched your youtube videos for a couple years. I sincerely hope Don has no long term issues with the blood clots, please keep us informed.

Meltdown? No your not having a meltdown, your letting the family know whats goin' on. What I just finished screaming into my computer screen about that asswipe was a MELTDOWN. I'm praying that Don starts to feel better and the other nagging problems get resolved quickly. I wish I could just reach in this screen and give you a big hug and make it all go away.
