Sciatic? Lie on your side, sore side up, and curl your knees as close to your chest as you can. maintain that position until you feel easement of pain. Worked for me
.

Who would put these phonys in there place if anything happened to you guys? Your doing a great job the real heroes that have fallen or been injured need these phony asses thrown off there phony pedestals and there butts kicked. I wish there was more I could do to help your cause

get that MRI soon, If a disk is impinging a nerve root, it can begin to cost you permanent loss of strength if not dealt with. However, they say that 90% of all bulges or herniations "resolve themselves" within about 6 weeks. Might want to get MRI before that and wait and see if it resolves on its own (by far and away the best outcome). Might not be herniation but it sounds like that. I had one in C-4/5. C is different than L, but the basics are the same. Good luck Senior and get checked out by a (board certified) neurosurgeon - not just a neurologist. They should have some good ones in D.C. area and Va Beach. I really hope all goes well so you can keep being productive and happy in your retirement.
