Don, slow ass drivers are irritating. Why is it always the ones who are in such a huge ass hurry that have to turn in front of fast moving traffic and proceed to drive 15+ mph under the fucking limit and hit the brakes on every bump and curve? Seems like the biggest offenders on the east coast are the Honda CRV and Subaru drivers. I wish it was legal to shunt the obnoxious slow drivers off the road.

Sorry to hear about your pup. I'm going thru a similar thing with our 80lb 11yo shepherd cross. He had one knee surgery, called TPLO, done in June and now his other knee has blown (the cruciate ligament). Saw the vet the other day and he is going in second week of May to have his other knee operated on.
It's going to be tough rehabbing him, as I'm disabled from a spine/spinal cord injury. At least this time my daughter has moved back to the same city and will come and stay here for a couple weeks. It's been her and I and this pup for the past 10.5 years, so he is very, very important to us. Vet said outcome should be great as he's healthy as a horse and still has lots of spark and spirit to him. Fingers crossed.
I hope your baby's recovery goes well. If her surgery is anything like ours was, the best thing I can say is to follow the vet's instructions as best you can. You can buy treats that have glucosamine and Cholondroid in them which I guess helps with joints and healing.
