All your builder needs to know is the make and model of stovetop, then the builder gets the counter dimensions from the blueprints/drawings the manufacture publishes. The contract for the build MUST contain the make and model, so that you get the most perfect fit. For the countertop , I strongly suggest a concrete countertop, or an epoxy countertop. But either of these will be much heavier that a Formica countertop. There is no reason why the counter can not have both gas and electric countertop stoves. So, you want to pat for the phone on an installment program, plus you get a free phone. Also, when you make the purchase, purchase multiple Jetpacks, so you get one for the barn, and 3-4 Jetpacks to place in various locations in the house, with two in the office. Once you get the equipment place a special home owners insurance on the equipment to replace it due to damage, loss, or theft. Also, if you buy a high end drone, insure it just like you would an automobile, to cover any accidents and protect you against liability or loss. To strongly enhance your cell coverage, utilize a passive dual antenna system, what you have one of more external PASSIVE antennas pointed to cell phone towers, and bring the cables from these into the house as it re-radiates the cell signals from the outside to the inside of the house. If possible, use an external tower/mast where you mount the external antennas.

I work nearly 11 hrs a day. It sucks wearing those fucking Masks especially when i have my vaccination. The labor that we do makes it difficult to breathe.
