Very interesting Don; you are not only appreciated for your service and exposing fake SEALS but also for your love of nature and leaving this world on a daily basis better off. Don’s Oyster Shack? Go get em Don. Check with state they might have programs and support. I became a Certified Woodland Manager that was a very interesting course. My Dad was a tree nut. As a kid we planted walnut trees and when I was 5 he had state conservation come in planting 50 acres of white and red pine. In Illinois that is rare. Our family farm 130 acres mostly a refuge for all animals. In my teens we maintained a 1000 fruit trees and why he bulldozed them down I’ll never know. The deer went absolutely crazy in the apple orchard. We had bees too, also an interesting hobby. Thanks for making our world a better place! Thanks for these videos. Love em! PS the pines now are 61 years old and it looks like Germany.

My daughter turned twelve the other day, and I heard the Dixie Chicks "Wide Open Spaces" today. Not good timing because the other day I imagined her growing up and moving on to college and starting her life. It's funny how your understanding of these songs change as you get older. I know I know I know....The Dixie Chicks....Liberal....I know, but I had to bring it up.
Yeah Don, I said in the last video comment section what the pharmacist did to me for 3 lousy pills. If you call and complain to the headquarters they will tell you that it's up to the pharmacist and that's it. End of story. I think the last script for narcotics that I filled was around '98-'99 when they had to sew my finger back on. Don, the difference is....Ask if the doctor will write "As Needed". That may help. But taking advice from a random guy about narcotics on the internet is akin to meeting someone in a back alley for advice. I can't type anymore. My wife "smuggled" about 40 pounds of pulled pork up to my hospital room with homemade rolls, amazing sauce, and proper Southern sweet tea. The dinner was great, and we shared it with my roommates. She also made sandwiches for all the doctors, nurses, CNAs, and floor workers to feed them properly, and several trays of thick, fudge brownies. Plus, cupcakes and muffins for the staff, with thick slabs of cream cheese icing.

Sorry to hear about the medication issue. I guess I got lucky. Last year, when I had my knee replaced, I was in serious pain for weeks and weeks. They finally switched me from Oxy to Diladid. My doctor and PA never once gave me hard time about the meds. In fact it was me that expressed concern and they brushed it aside and said if I was in pain to take the meds. Eventually, the pain went away and I stopped taking them.
By the way, I ended up getting a longer lasting pain med added to the mix and that, along with the regular pain meds, made all the difference. Maybe a discussion about a med change is what you need. Of course, I’ll defer to the medical Officer for comment.

Great video blown away that you were at the oyster place. And yes the entire pain things crazy One of the big stores screwed a script of mine and went with out meds for 10 days. Its very tough to have chronic pain from major injuries. These large places not only give bad advice the wrong advice. I think your better off if you can still find a privately owned pharmacy if there is one and use them the people in these places are way more knowledgeable.

I've always wondered why Enlisted people get smarter as they get promoted and all of us Officers just got dumber when we got promoted. I depended very heavily on my Chief to keep my silly little ass out of trouble. Anytime the Senior Nurse Corps Officers would threaten us about something, we would ask our Chief about it. He knew exactly what they could and couldn't do to us. I know exactly why Chiefs run the Navy!

Great video Senior, nice to see that oyster facility in action. About my two favorite Rednecks, Robin and Chu. Senior and I had a lengthy conversation about them doing more. It was my recommendation that convinced Senior to promote them. With my assurance that I'd be watching over them closely. Bening COS (Chief of oversight) for the site, Senior couldn't promote me any higher. There's a lot of pressure holding the rank of Admiral. My job simply is to say who can stay and who has to go. That being said I have huge expectations of Robin and Chu. It would be very unfortunate for them should they disappoint Senior and I. I would hate to have to show both of them the door. I'll be watching closely...🍁

My wife "smuggled" about 40 pounds of pulled pork up to my hospital room with homemade rolls, amazing sauce, and proper Southern sweet tea. The dinner was great, and we shared it with my roommates. She also made sandwiches for all the doctors, nurses, CNAs, and floor workers to feed them properly, and several trays of thick, fudge brownies. Plus, cupcakes and muffins for the staff, with thick slabs of cream cheese icing.

Sorry to hear about the medication issue. I guess I got lucky. Last year, when I had my knee replaced, I was in serious pain for weeks and weeks. They finally switched me from Oxy to Diladid. My doctor and PA never once gave me hard time about the meds. In fact it was me that expressed concern and they brushed it aside and said if I was in pain to take the meds. Eventually, the pain went away and I stopped taking them.
By the way, I ended up getting a longer lasting pain med added to the mix and that, along with the regular pain meds, made all the difference. Maybe a discussion about a med change is what you need. Of course, I’ll defer to the medical Officer for comment.

Great video blown away that you were at the oyster place. And yes the entire pain things crazy One of the big stores screwed a script of mine and went with out meds for 10 days. Its very tough to have chronic pain from major injuries. These large places not only give bad advice the wrong advice. I think your better off if you can still find a privately owned pharmacy if there is one and use them the people in these places are way more knowledgeable.

I've always wondered why Enlisted people get smarter as they get promoted and all of us Officers just got dumber when we got promoted. I depended very heavily on my Chief to keep my silly little ass out of trouble. Anytime the Senior Nurse Corps Officers would threaten us about something, we would ask our Chief about it. Great video Senior, nice to see that oyster facility in action. About my two favorite Rednecks, Robin and Chu. Senior and I had a lengthy conversation about them doing more. It was my recommendation that convinced Senior to promote them. With my assurance that I'd be watching over them closely. Bening COS (Chief of oversight) for the site, Senior couldn't promote me any higher. There's a lot of pressure holding the rank of Admiral. My job simply is to say who can stay and who has to go. That being said I have huge expectations of Robin and Chu. It would be very unfortunate for them should they disappoint Senior and I. I would hate to have to show both of them the door. I'll be watching closely...🍁
