I live out in the Wine Country in Northern California, and it is so beautiful out here. I'm 15 minutes away from the Pacific, and I live around state parks and gorgeous farming families. I just love pieces of land like yours, and the ones I am familiar with out here. I often wonder about the Eastern seaboard, especially your state and the Carolinas. And the phone tag saga? After countless rounds, you give up and move on to the next company, only to find their skills are as real as a unicorn.….

Get er done SC, I would rather get all the servicing done in one day than 5 days with 5 different appointments. Getting everything squared away Don, looking good. I sympathize with you on the lazy fat body. I have 0 tolerance. Being in the trades my whole life I've seen it all. Lazy non hacking crybabies hurt morale and get sent packing. I tiled a complete pool with this expensive Italian glass mosaics. Shit was 30 pr Sq ft 25 years ago. Over 3000 Sq ft. Was a extremely wealthy prominent customer. I felt high dollar when a sheet didn't comply and I just rolled in a ball and shit canned. Here in FL with the water table being so high they had to have a pump installed under the pool or the whole pool could literally pop up. Like to chime in with experiences and also hear others. What makes this site fun. Hope Everyone is having a great evening.

Well pointing is a giant pain in the ass. Used to lay storm and sewer…. Get shady in the trench box 20 feet down.

The PH maybe high in that pool. Draining it should help…….
