Update: last night, Chuck was confronted by an AmVets officer. Chuck maintained that he is a Seal and was working with the state department and the CIA. Looks like the American Legion is doing an investigation and they have removed Chuck’s fake awards from the wall at the legion. Then today I got the email from the cat lady telling me Chuck asked her to take the video down. Which she did. She also said the following: “Now will you call off the jackasses that are making lewd comments about my other videos, which have nothing to do about Chuck or Navy Seals or the military?”
So looks like all efforts made a difference. I haven’t responded to her yet. Gonna let her stew a bit. I think she should post an apology video for promoting stolen valor. What do you guys and gals think?
I am still dealing with Chuck. I’ll keep you posted on that.

The Snarky Express channel on YouTube has now disabled all comments on all 8 of their videos. I don’t think that lady likes us very much. 😂🤣 The best way to handle this is to of course go to the YouTube video link that Skip posted just below and open the video then click “dislike” and then report it as spam/misleading information. There’s a place to make a comment to YouTube right after you report it as spam and that’s where I keep telling YouTube that the video itself is showing the commission of the crime of stolen valor. That lying old windbag deserves nothing but shame.

The VFW has removed Chuck awards from the walls and they have started an investigation. So updates on that will be forthcoming also. As for the American Legion Post 126 I am awaiting an update. I contacted the lady who uploaded the video, through her email off her website and basically informed her that the Chief was a fake Seal and she should remove the video. She wrote back wanting my last name which I respectfully declined. The video is now gone off YouTube. Maybe the pressure finally got to her. EDIT: the video is still there. I think she blocked me.

Was in GA with my daughter awhile ago in August, pulled into a Walmart and the car next to me had looked to be a 3 and 5 year old in car seats windows up and doors locked. Poor kids were perspiring forehead face body etc. Was ready to call the police and break the window. Luckily the mother came strolling out literally as I was going to dial 911. I said Mam you can't leave your kids like that they could die. She said sheeeeet they ok don't worry about mines.. In hindsight I wish I called the law.

I told him this morning something like "It seems you have a business that archives stories for families and individuals, sounds like a promising business. If it was my business I would stop using that video as a promo, the Stolen Valor crowd has picked up on Chuck and that crowd is relentless."
I didn't tell him to pull the video (or so suggest) but that's what he apparently uses that personal account for, promos for his business on his website (as opposed to the 1st video account where the whole thing was posted).

I just clicked the link to leave a message and got a blank screen with a notification stating "This video has been removed by the uploader.". Wonder if someone finally figured out a lot of what he said was BS? Hopefully so as listening to the lies that Chuck said in the videos was brutal.

My emotional support pumpkin I got in early last October is still hanging tough. She made me put him in the backyard before Xmas. Harsh reality hasn't made me have to smash it yet. In all honesty I'm upset with the local kids. It should of been smashed Halloween or the night prior. I dated him for authenticity. Check him for splits or soft spots not one....

Good evening Everyone. Nice video Don and Diane. Some people are braindead and shouldn't have pets or kids. Was in GA with my daughter awhile ago in August, pulled into a Walmart and the car next to me had looked to be a 3 and 5 year old in car seats windows up and doors locked. Poor kids were perspiring forehead face body etc. Was ready to call the police and break the window. Luckily the mother came strolling out literally as I was going to dial 911. I said Mam you can't leave your kids like that they could die. She said sheeeeet they ok don't worry about mines.. In hindsight I wish I called the law.

I was posting on the goofy promo video and so was the son.
I told him this morning something like "It seems you have a business that archives stories for families and individuals, sounds like a promising business.
If it was my business I would stop using that video as a promo, the Stolen Valor crowd has picked up on Chuck and that crowd is relentless."
I didn't tell him to pull the video (or so suggest) but that's what he apparently uses that personal account for, promos for his business on his website (as opposed to the 1st video account where the whole thing was posted).
