I loved the land at Warriors Rest. I walked all of the felids and woods while visiting there. So peaceful, not another human or house in view. Spending time with the SHIPS and late nights up in the barn with Chuck, Steve and Herman was a privilege, one of the best memories i have, Thank You.

Here are some trees I planted at the old house 6 years ago. They are all blue gums, the one at the front has not been trimmed, so it bushed out. Looks like they removed some, but kept about half.
I planted them when the dark house went up next door, then I left. Its nice to see them there on google anyway.
Before was nothing, no fence, no house, just a paddock. Was a shit house but a great location, 5 min walk to the 90 mile beach.

That really is a great place. Plenty of room for whatever you guys and the dogs want to do.

Get some Tassie Bluegums and plant them along the fence line 3 feet apart, total privacy screen in 2 years. Cheap, will grow 100ft high or more in your lifetime if you want, other wise you harvest them and they grow back twice as fast. Anyway, plant something, its the cheapest option for acreage.

Pittosporum tenuifolium 'James Stirling', a New Zealand native known as Neighbors be gone is even better if you can get them, grow to a 8 foot hedge in a few years.
Speed is the essence, you can get the hedge happening and put your big trees behind or in front.
