You know SC if the well you drill is just for fresh water (NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION) you shouldn’t have to go very deep being near a fresh water source. They make some DC powered pumps that can put out in excess of 10 gpm and the cost of solar panels has come down to less than a dollar a watt. Wouldn’t hurt to check it out. Also if you decide to go with a 220v AC with a wire run of 750ft you could calculate the wire size if you knew the amperage of the pump you were going to use.

Anything that supports the workings of the charity , is absolutely a necessary expense. I am just saying that if you don’t have the machines , the seed, the wells, you don’t have what is necessary for a successful Experience for the Warriors..You both don’t take a salary , that’s is a huge give back to the charity. Fuel , electricity, that all is an expense that a charity needs to be successful. Now , if the town and county are willing to forgo the property Tax , being a charity that is huge. I am just putting out what a charity’s legitimate costs are..Now Don and Diane are doing something unique, and god bless em for it. Just wanted to throw out there how generous they both are….What you are doing is a very rare thing in the charity community. Every veteran blessed to be invited and experience that break they needed to heal. Will be much better for it.
