The Ted Maher case is a really good one to bring up when people make the "harmless liars" argument. He was a phony green beret in a security position that got two people killed. He actually staged the whole thing, stabbing himself and setting the fire in an effort to prove his worth to the rich man. Edmond, the wealthy man who everyone loved for being kind and generous to his employees, had parkinsons and was helped into the bathroom by nurse vivian to wait for help. They knew there was a fire, but they also knew Ted had been stabbed by intruders. They believed the home invasion was ongoing and they werent safe to escape. They died in the fire. Ted confessed to all of it in the hospital, including never being special forces. 

A very sad and scary look inside the mind of a phony. If they fake being a SEAL, ranger, or green beret, they think differently than the rest of us. They are prone to strange behavior such as this. Its not a stretch for them to stage a dangerous situation. This story doesn't relate to the phony in the video, but it shows how dangerous it really is for these fakes to be in positions where lives depend on them. Theyre not up to the task of protecting anyone, and the character flaws often cause catastrophes. 

The truly awful thing about the Ted Maher case is that he did very little time since the billionaire had built his fortress in Moroco. Ted got out and reinvented himself as Jon Green, marrying a doctor named Kim Lark. He just got in trouble again for trying to kill her. He's in the USA again, so if we walks we are all in danger. This phony is a real predator. 

You might want to do a video on Ted Maher aka Jon Green so people learn his face. He changes his name and past to fit whatever he's trying to pull at the time, but he always pretends to be someone of importance, usually special forces. Dr Kim Lark is alive, she survived his attempted hit, but he may skirt justice again and slide into another alias, putting new people at risk.

Dennis Gallagher approximately 70 years old I’m guessing.
