When it's time to sear meat. Fuck the grill! Use a flamethrower! (The Tri-Tip was awesome after it was done). Saturday will be the same thing with two Packer Briskets I spent 90 minutes today trimming off fat..12 fucking pounds of fat! Ugh! My wife took a picture of me searing one of the Tri-tips yesterday....

The only thing I liked about Dubai was the Gold shops. Ozzy Mikes Was my favourite one. Got my wifes engagement ring there. The other thing I liked about Dubai was leaving. We went to a restaurant there and the place was lit up with AKs about 45 minutes after we left. We didnt even find out until after we sailed. We were told not to go there so as good sailers we went. Thinking back now kinda makes you think how lucky we are. Cheers all
