Diane don’t worry your not the only one that doesn’t like driving under or in your case over any bridge, tunnels, winding mountain roads. My wife goes nuts she is the most hazardous thing about driving in precarious roads screaming threatening to kill me basically freaking out. She just can’t handle any situation where there is a potential to wreck. When walking down a busy road on the sidewalk or waiting at a crosswalk in a busy intersection. Is actually as dangerous maybe more so at night. People going 50 or 60 mph in the city can easily wipe out 20 or 30 people just one small wrong move and your hamburger on the way to the emergency room if your lucky.

11 years ago this day was struck by first IED at 9:14 am, have video if it. The The colonel, and I (NCOIC) of Baghdad area Office on the way to a leader engagement meeting with Local leaders and contractors. Security Team Leader Dave came to my office at 0:700 about 30 min before SP, said "Chief we are switching from up armored SUV's to the MRAPS" . We had two teams that was MRAP certified and SUV certified thus was one Team 25. I ran the Security contracts for the Task Force in that area. I also did MRF's with teams, we put two request in just in case one of Vics was no go.They had trouble with Vic 2 my Vic, The Colonel would be in Vic 3 in the SUV's , SUV's would move in 4 Vic movement where as MRAPS moved in threes. So with SUV move they would keep Colonel and myself in Separate Vics unless we had other pax in movement. MRAPS would be in threes, so we would be in same Vic. The Task Force changed the securituy profiles year before due to the Navy Commander being Killed by an IED. Anyway we changed up went  with MRAPS, on MSR  Brewers and MSR Predators change over we took IED hit and then possible kid napping, but we recovered and got off X real quick. We contacted TOC and asked to  Charlie Mike ( Continue mission) they said no RTB ( Return to base) because Gunner took a hit and I was knocked out  for a little. 

We RTB and they were waiting to take us to BAS to get checked out. I was amped up but out of it a little. They  Triage me by doing a maze test For TBI and I failed was put on bed rest and had to have someone watch me. I got up next day and  It was thrown up all over the place, Head problems walking, But said I was good together cause I wanted to go back out. Anyway long story everyone have a great day.

Around 8,500 service members had not been vaxxed as of Tuesday. A total of 800 had "verbally refused," 2,753 had not started the vaccination process, and 4,933 have pending religious exemptions.

"Over the next 30 days, the Department of the Air Force will review requests for medical exemptions and religious accommodations," the service said.

The hard part comes as the service will begin to discipline airmen and guardians for non-compliance.

"Commanders retain the full range of disciplinary options available to them under law and policy, some of which includes issuing administrative paperwork, imposing nonjudicial punishment, or referring court-martial charges," the Air Force said.

Already, the service has discharged about 40 people from basic military training and technical training for refusing to be vaxxed.

Each branch of the military decided on different deadlines. The Air Force has the earliest deadlines.

To the tune of about 24 emails to close out his account. They sure make it user friendly to sign up for an account, canceling an account not so much !! It's done now, 90 minutes of his life he'll never get back !!
