How do you folks feel about Glocks? My buddy has a Glock-17 that I put a few dozen rounds through this weekend. Really amazing how light it is and I'm thinking about getting one. Just kind of unsure about having it in my waistband with a round in the chamber and no safety.

Just had the Cops at the door… I have a 9ft inflatable Elf on the side of the house. The original lighting crapped out se I put 2 2.5” diameter spots under the Elf shining up. Well with the strong winds we’ve been having he found himself off his standing position. The asshole across the street call the cops due to one of the spots is shining on his domicile! The fucking Cop was laughing his ass off…. What a waste of time. Any problems with them? I said they can’t drive. They complain in the summer time if we have a party and park across from their driveway…. We can’t back out? I told him his wife needs to learn how to drive! Cop laughing again. I unplugged the Elf and start over tomorrow night 😎😎😎 Enjoy your night everyone

Evening all. Bit of a late log in but I went to close the garage door and the bracket that holds one of the rollers flew off. Damned if it did not rip one of the screws out of the sheet metal. There is a triangle of screw holes so, for a quick fix, I had to back the screw out of the bracket and reattach. This is where the trouble started. The screws were 11mm and all I could find was a 1/4 inch drive 11mm socket. Problem was my impact driver bit was 3/8 and I could not find the adapter. I put my tools away and this pisses me off to no end. It's the second time in three days where the one tool I needed had disappeared.

MrsNH was on here way home from work so I was smart enough to release the pull rope on the opener. She showed up and caught me yelling about why my tools are always moved from where I left them. It's the kids I say. She is tired and hungry and I am ranting. Kids are in bed, I find the adapter, fix the garage door and MrsNH goes to bed.

Ever feel like you could have handled a situation better but didn't? Ya, me too.

I'll never forget duck and goose hunting with my grandpa and uncles in upstate NY when I was a kid. It might be some work, but those kids will carry those memories with them for a lifetime. Good work Senior.

I was cleaning up the yard after the big wind storm we had. I just happened to glance at the snowblower, and I noticed the right wheel was off the rim. So I'm thinking great, how the f**k am I gonna fix that...so good old YouTube to the rescue. I found this short little video, worked like a charm. I had everything I need on hand, so good to go. Not like I had to reinvent the wheel !! 🍁
