This training. Hard to watch. Reminds me of when hubby was on SWAT team. Not even in the same league as SEAL, still makes my knees/stomach weak :(

Great stuff. Alot like marine SOI advanced training but honestly better..in the marines were taught to blindly follow orders. Here the training is more independent. Great stuff..brings me back to my days I'm Iraq. And the question that guy had about the bad guy standing in the middle of the room was right on...you'd think they'd learn but no,that's how it usually goes down. I'm out of shape now being a disabled marine combat vet for several years but I'd love to take the CQB portion of this course.
