Heating oil!? Let me tell you Don, We own 2 homes now. One in Massachusetts and of course one in Pittsburgh/Mt.Lebanon. This is my first year having to buy heating oil. I was shocked whenever the bill came to $650. I bought I think 170 gallons at $3.50 a gallon. I am not used to paying an entire winter heating bill in one fell swoop. Does anybody else here do this? I am used to natural gas. I think it was close to $650.

Don we at our last home had a gate. We found that a smaller battery was the key. Normally you would think a big battery would be best. I’ll call in a couple of weeks to tell you our experience. Getting rocks for a side rock wall on each side of gate really helps too. I’ll get with you or vice virsa. We also got the automatic close deal after you go in and you can use the button in your car too. To open and close. The close feature is in ground after you have entered. Be sure to lock arms with a lock and if you get an ice storm be careful as it can lock the arms and “breat the system”. We bought extra arms to have on hand. Be sure you don’t have trees that can fall on gate. Set up a few game cameras that work off cell network. I would add some reflectors too as we had several people smash into gate at night.
Gonna be a grand time had by all, happy for you, Ships. 7 Days of R&R will do ya good

I use to service some propertys that had a gate like yours. They could open theirs with a key fob or the touchpad. Snow plow took out the whole kit and kaboodle one night. I drove an hour to get there just to see a crane trying to seperate the truck from the fencing.

Good evening Everyone. Just watched the video. Gate looks really nice. Distinguished. Solar works on my DC deep cycle for my dump trailer. Got it from harbor freight half price at 15.00 clams. So far about 6 months surprisingly it still charges. Check with a meter and it's 12 v strong. Arrived back from Hawaii yesterday around 5. Red eye flight and jet lag kicks the ass especially getting up this morning for work. Glad to be home. Vacations and traveling is work. Hope you have a great vacation Don and Diane. Hope Everyone had a great weekend.

We own 2 homes now. One in Massachusetts and of course one in Pittsburgh/Mt.Lebanon.
This is my first year having to buy heating oil. I was shocked whenever the bill came to $650. I bought I think 170 gallons at $3.50 a gallon. I am not used to paying an entire winter heating bill in one fell swoop. Does anybody else here do this? I am used to natural gas. I think it was close to $650.

Don we at our last home had a gate. We found that a smaller battery was the key. Normally you would think a big battery would be best. I’ll call in a couple of weeks to tell you our experience. Getting rocks for a side rock wall on each side of gate really helps too. I’ll get with you or vice virsa. We also got the automatic close deal after you go in and you can use the button in your car too. To open and close. The close feature is in ground after you have entered. Be sure to lock arms with a lock and if you get an ice storm be careful as it can lock the arms and “breat the system”. We bought extra arms to have on hand. Be sure you don’t have trees that can fall on gate. Set up a few game cameras that work off cell network. I would add some reflectors too as we had several people smash into gate at night.

I use to service some propertys that had a gate like yours. They could open theirs with a key fob or the touchpad. Snow plow took out the whole kit and kaboodle one night. I drove an hour to get there just to see a crane trying to seperate the truck from the fencing.
