This guy is totally full of shit (as we already knew). He didn’t even spell the name of the medical school correctly in his instagram. No one with the first name Spencer matched into orthopedics from that school in 2022. I couldn’t even find anyone with the first name Spencer who matched into anything that year. It’s possible he didn’t match, but matched the following year. That’s pretty unlikely given how competitive orthopedics is. What’s his full name? In the unlikely case his medical story is somewhat true, I would love to know if he lied about his service to his medical school/residency. That would for sure get you in hot water or fired. I am not sure if medical school/residency admissions are allowed to see applicants ages. Otherwise, it would be difficult to lie as the timeline clearly wouldn’t make sense.

Edit: I was bored, but done wasting my time. I found the last name. No one pops up as an orthopedic surgeon or resident. Typically residents are listed online. No one with that name is listed on the California medical board search and he appears to live there. Here is his X.
