I feel like I already know the answer, but surely you are taking precautions that are not known? Thats a weird one, and he has information, access to research materials, its odd. I bet he's using 'Bluff_My_Call' which is a website where a caller can spoof the caller ID to be any number they choose. The Bluff website allows the caller to change his voice for the call. Looks like this snake is using something like this to call. I doubt this cat is in prison.

Don showed us the phone number in the video and Don called back but we couldn't see the last 2 digits. This is the number for USP Leavenworth.
There are inconsistencies but of course there are, the guy is a phony. The town is Leavenworth Kansas, Ft Leavenworth should only be used for the Army Base and the two separate prisons in the military system on the Army base.
USP Leavenworth used to be a High Security United States Federal Prison but now it's a medium Security Prison and like many USP systems now days it has a low security satellite camp (technically that's still the same prison).
If the guy has enough limited internet access to look up Don and make frequent phone calls he's probably in the low security satellite camp of USP Leavenworth. He could be a total dumb ass who doesn't know he isn't in Ft Leavenworth because with a phony that's certainly possible.

That "Public Service" caller ID and the fact that he is using voice masking means that he is spoofing his number. He's most likely not in Ft.Leavinworth. This guy is spoofing his number. He is paying through an app. Those apps cut out like that, and they offer caller ID spoofing and voice masking. You buy credits. If youre not paying attention, it will just disconnect until you buy more. If I'm wrong, then I apollogize, but this is my field. It all adds up for me. If you ever want to find these things out, send me an email. I'm not going to type here how to unmask these people for obvious reasons.

If I take the audio in this video, I can isolate the inmates voice, and reverse the voice to see IF it is modified, and determine if he is merely "cupping" his hand over is mouth to dropping his voice to try to disguise it. I can then "correct" the voice to what it really is, and then perform speaker identification based on other audio on the site. My gut instinct is that this caller may be Brockbrader, but I will work on the audio next week to clean up the audio.

(sorry, just kiddin'--my impeccable military record--1958-six months active duty (Army had a special program at the time)--after basic they sent me to clerk typist school and taught me all their red tape--then I got off active dutyduty to return to school and used their red tape to send in "change of premanent address" cards from Washington,DC to St louis--several times--they never caught up with me and put me in a "control group" in Indian Town Gap, MD--I never went to a reserve meeting or summer camp-six years later I got an honorable discharge in the mail--as an E2--LMAO--at the time I didn't know if I should be a general or in Leavenworth--had a drinking buddy who got sent to Leavenworth (bank fraud)--he said you could get anything you wanted there (booze, drugs, etc) On a happier note, my dear Bonnie is home from the hospital and through with her radiation treatments for lung cancer--will know the results in a month--prayers appreciated

Perception is reality! But he could be using a spoof app to make his number look like its the number to Leavenworth. Mr. Shipley if you call levinworth they will block his ability to call you. Inmates are assigned a pin number to make outgoing calls. They can put a block on his phone list. Also it will become a in-house infraction or disciplinary write-up for him to call you if you do that. This means he will lose privileges like commissary or even do time in solitary confinement. Also I would recommend getting a "burner" phone number to use just for the public. And then keep your and your wifes numbers private. Getting a decent pre-paid phone that's not connected to your address at all is a great way to keep the loony bin off your phone. And also would greatly increase your chances of having phonies answer there phone.

No chance they allow voice changers in Leavenworth... and the prisoners don't get unlimited calls. The numbers they call have to be on a pre-approved list IF they have a debit account for phone calls. Otherwise, they use a prepaid calling card, which are limited to one phone number per account. OR they can make a collect call. All calls are monitored unless otherwise approved and those would have to be to his attorney. It's bullshit all the way around.

Spoofing a phone number is easy. Your phone provider should be able to trace that call through their system and tell you if it actually originated in Kansas.
The prison is going to have phone records and could tell you if a call originated at their facility and terminated at your phone.
Even calls that show up as "private number" can be traced by the phone system.
If he's calling from a prison cell then there's probably not much to be concerned about but if this is Brockbrader, or what ever his name is, it might be good to know.

Great video Senior, looks like there's gonna be no end to your work with these losers. When I worked in corrections we controlled the phones. We would turn them on for 1 hour each day. Each range housed from 6-8 inmates, one hour isn't alot of time. If there was something going on like court, inmate transfers, or simply going out to yard the phones were turned off. This unlimited phone call business didn't happen. I worked a maximum security institution, not sure how they worked in a minimum security Institution. Pour yourself a nice cool one and enjoy the rest of your day. Thanks again for all you and Diane do for us.

It looks like there are two separate prison commands in Ft Leavenworth. One of them is the "hard time" Max security prison people always think about when they hear "Ft Leavenworth". The other is a regional facility for guys who need to do some time before they get their asses kicked out

--my impeccable military record--1958-six months active duty (Army had a special program at the time)--after basic they sent me to clerk typist school and taught me all their red tape--then I got off active dutyduty to return to school and used their red tape to send in "change of premanent address" cards from Washington,DC to St louis--several times--they never caught up with me and put me in a "control group" in Indian Town Gap, MD--I never went to a reserve meeting or summer camp-six years later I got an honorable discharge in the mail--as an E2--LMAO--at the time I didn't know if I should be a general or in Leavenworth--had a drinking buddy who got sent to Leavenworth (bank fraud)--he said you could get anything you wanted there (booze, drugs, etc)
On a happier note, my dear Bonnie is home from the hospital and through with her radiation treatments for lung cancer--will know the results in a month--prayers appreciated

Perception is reality! But he could be using a spoof app to make his number look like its the number to Leavenworth. Mr. Shipley if you call levinworth they will block his ability to call you. Inmates are assigned a pin number to make outgoing calls. They can put a block on his phone list. Also it will become a in-house infraction or disciplinary write-up for him to call you if you do that. This means he will lose privileges like commissary or even do time in solitary confinement. Also I would recommend getting a "burner" phone number to use just for the public. And then keep your and your wifes numbers private. Getting a decent pre-paid phone that's not connected to your address at all is a great way to keep the loony bin off your phone. And also would greatly increase your chances of having phonies answer there phone.

No chance they allow voice changers in Leavenworth... and the prisoners don't get unlimited calls. The numbers they call have to be on a pre-approved list IF they have a debit account for phone calls. Otherwise, they use a prepaid calling card, which are limited to one phone number per account. OR they can make a collect call. All calls are monitored unless otherwise approved and those would have to be to his attorney.
It's bullshit all the way around.

Spoofing a phone number is easy. Your phone provider should be able to trace that call through their system and tell you if it actually originated in Kansas.
The prison is going to have phone records and could tell you if a call originated at their facility and terminated at your phone.
Even calls that show up as "private number" can be traced by the phone system.
If he's calling from a prison cell then there's probably not much to be concerned about but if this is Brockbrader, or what ever his name is, it might be good to know.

Great video Senior, looks like there's gonna be no end to your work with these losers. When I worked in corrections we controlled the phones. We would turn them on for 1 hour each day. Each range housed from 6-8 inmates, one hour isn't alot of time. If there was something going on like court, inmate transfers, or simply going out to yard the phones were turned off. This unlimited phone call business didn't happen. I worked a maximum security institution, not sure how they worked in a minimum security Institution. Pour yourself a nice cool one and enjoy the rest of your day. Thanks again for all you and Diane do for us.

It looks like there are two separate prison commands in Ft Leavenworth.
One of them is the "hard time" Max security prison people always think about when they hear "Ft Leavenworth".
The other is a regional facility for guys who need to do some time before they get their asses kicked out
If he can look up Don on the internet and make frequent calls he's probably in the low security facility.
