I've watched Don for so many years absolutely crushing phonies and I've been a member since at least 2018. I've had the displeasure of knowing/meeting a few phony Navy SEALS.
One guy was a contractor that worked for my company. I could sense right off that he was not.
Another was and old Native American dude. He and his family organized an annual Powwow in Pennsylvania. He claimed to be a SEAL and former Vietnam POW.
Third was a pot smoking aviation electronics technician that I served/deployed with. After his service he later claimed to be a SEAL. The problem is his BUDS date was during one of our deployments to the Mediterranean.

I had a fourth that a former inlaw brought to my attention. This guy stole $10,000 from his mom. But nobody wanted to approach him "because he's a SEAL and considered dangerous "

Had this contractor onsite a couple weeks ago claiming he was Army and that he was special forces, and did a bunch of ops with the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment(Airbourne). A bunch of what he was saying was word for word when I googled some of the so called Ops he was on, hope to see this scumbag again to call him out.

Darryl Worley - Have You Forgotten?

Met a phony for the first time at Fort Worden State Park in Washington State yesterday. Fort Worden is a beautiful old fort that started construction pre WWI and was fortified with artilllery bunkers after Pearl Harbor happened. This phoney came out of the park rangers's office wearing a desert storm veteran hat, and he is way too old for that war. He stopped me by shouting in a playful manner "Hey you, don't ya know that's Sergeant Major's grass!" . As a prior service Marine I knew better not to walk on the grass, but this devil dog has been out for 7 years now. Now I have 11 years of service between the Army National Guard and the USMC. A large portion of that was spent in the artillery, so this park was of special interest to me, as they kept several bunkers and they had 42 guns across 12 batteries! Insane amount of fire power.

He struck up a conversation about desert storm, and when I clearly wasn't buying his crap, he told stories of being 17 in vietnam and recieving a battlefield commission. Stated he went to "CIA school" and became a pilot. He says he still flies at 77 years old for "classified missions". And stated that president Lyndon Johnson personally gave him two presidential unit citations. Now I was out at that park with my girl, so I was not about to make a scene, but even she could sniff out his BS! I let him walk off, he knew I didn't believe him, and I could sense his shame as he walked away. But man I wish I said something to him!

What a shitbag.. and that girl, God bless her; she would believe anything. Hopefully, she wises up sooner than later.

I’m reading the arrest record now in the video. Before I continue I wanted to say that I guarantee, if he was even ever in the military and got out in 2016 it was because of those DUI’s in 2015 and it just took a bit to have his captains mast and to do the separations and stuff. I remember we had a guy get a DUI and it took close to a year for him to finally get discharged. He went to captains mast for the DUI and we had to all attend and they cut his pay in half for 3 months and the CO was nice and was going to allow him to get discharged with a General Discharge not a dishonorable. Then a few months later he popped on the command pee test for cocain and all sorts of stuff because he stopped caring since he was getting out and he went to another mast and the CO cut his pay but that’s it since he was already in the process of getting out and then he popped again a month or two later and went to his 3rd mast that we all had to go to again and this time the CO gave him a dishonorable discharge and took away any type of benefit he might have been able to get and just threw the book at him. I bet something similar happened to this dude.
