Evening all. Watching now. We were supposed to get a dusting of snow but instead got 4 inches. Not that much in the grand scheme but because of the forecast they did not plow or salt. I hit the road to the grocery store early because it was supposed to get worse. I turned around after seeing 1 car plowed into a tree head-on, 2 trucks spun out into a ditch and me nearly going sideways to oncoming traffic. I have a Ram 4WD but took it slow. The snow melted due to the cars driving on it, but froze due to the temp. I made it home safe and decided on frozen burger patties for dinner. Always turn into the skid!

This was a night I'll never forget. I feel like such an idiot for letting Eric into my life, but most importantly my kids.

This year has been complete hell with the sickness and passing of my husband. The second he passed in my arms I felt so vulnerable.. an easy target!
