Now, if you really wanted to testify, you could do so via zoom call. It's common for people who have trouble traveling due to health issues to speak remotely. That is, if you felt up to it. I think they could prove their case without physically involving you.

The good news is she can lean on me to get her through this.

Gout is such a common cause of arthritis-like symptoms in the foot only that's probably what I had. The 1st thing I do for any inflammation is to go on an anti-inflammatory diet which is low calorie and includes things like turmeric curcumin. (this happens every 3-5 years in my post-surgical back after I turned 50). By the time I got the blood test the levels were probably down. So far I only had that one gout attack.

I had a guy who worked for me on drilling rigs for a few years. His brother was in the Army. Did 3 deployments, served as a deputy for our local county.
No one even new what he was going threw. Married as well as this guy with 2 kids. Was pulled over drunk and when the cops were figuring out what to do with him, they had left him in his vehicle.
Turns out he shot himself and didn't make it. These are the kinds of things I wish we could make better. So no more vets or cops, paramedic, fire fighter the list goes on. Takes their lives. God bless everyone hope all is well.
