Morning. Just chugging along . Finishing up my4 week here . Call was for 6 weeks. Start up was to be October 28 . Alot of people are saying November. Nasty injuries from people rushing. Falling backwards into a pit and getting 36 stitches on rib cage .I think the worst was cutting overhead with a grinder .It kicked back ,no gaurd on it and hit the person just under the eye . Cut was 4 inches long and neede 12 stitches inside and 12 outside. 16 injuries reported on company had 6 . They had a bunch of layoffs. I love Rob O'Neil 's saying move slower and you'll be a lot faster . Time and time again apprentices are going back and forth because they forgot something. Some assholes turn it into a game . As soon as the poor kid gets back they send him for something else the don't even need . It's getting to be an ant hill but we're not as smart as them . It's an extremely impressive project but I can feel it in the air. Management wants this done. Alot more of them or out of their offices you might say . If there is a chance to keep working here after my due date, that would be a great opportunity. Interesting thing is a battery plant to run these new EV is getting built in Windsor also. The car plant is 1.5 million sq/ft the battery plant is 3.5 million sq/ft.My get ready alarm has sounded.

Good evening Everyone. This Saturday muzzleloader opens, going for 10 days. Going to hump my smokepole and a 22 mag rifle and start whacking some of these hogs with the 22. Headshot they drop. If a shooter deer steps he's getting the muzzleloader. Not wanting to shoot a hog with my muzzleloader. Cleaning is time consuming. I'm very meticulous so it's borderline painful. I need to force the hogs nocturnal. More deer will step during shooting hours.

Morning. Just chugging along . Finishing up my4 week here . Call was for 6 weeks. Start up was to be October 28 . Alot of people are saying November. Nasty injuries from people rushing. Falling backwards into a pit and getting 36 stitches on rib cage .I think the worst was cutting overhead with a grinder .It kicked back ,no gaurd on it and hit the person just under the eye . Cut was 4 inches long and neede 12 stitches inside and 12 outside. 16 injuries reported on company had 6 . They had a bunch of layoffs. I love Rob O'Neil 's saying move slower and you'll be a lot faster . Time and time again apprentices are going back and forth because they forgot something. Some assholes turn it into a game . As soon as the poor kid gets back they send him for something else the don't even need . It's getting to be an ant hill but we're not as smart as them . It's an extremely impressive project but I can feel it in the air. Management wants this done. Alot more of them or out of their offices you might say . If there is a chance to keep working here after my due date, that would be a great opportunity. Interesting thing is a battery plant to run these new EV is getting built in Windsor also. The car plant is 1.5 million sq/ft the battery plant is 3.5 million sq/ft.My get ready alarm has sounded.

15 minutes later, the Nuns rush all the kids back inside the school and the Head Nun calls the Contractor, furiously demanding him to replace every one of his workers with Catholics or at least Christians that were decent, GOD fearing people!
Contractor: Sister, I apologize for my men, but I tried warning you, they'll all call a spade a spade...

Good evening Everyone. This Saturday muzzleloader opens, going for 10 days. Going to hump my smokepole and a 22 mag rifle and start whacking some of these hogs with the 22. Headshot they drop. If a shooter deer steps he's getting the muzzleloader. Not wanting to shoot a hog with my muzzleloader. Cleaning is time consuming. I'm very meticulous so it's borderline painful. I need to force the hogs nocturnal. More deer will step during shooting hours.

So we are having a 70th Birthday for him next week.
So it is 11 years since I became aware of the Man he is named after. Senior Chief Don Shipley.Like his namesake he looks younger than he is and is very loyal and loving very smart and low key you wouldnt want to upset him but he is trained very well to the highest level and just wants to make people happy really.
