Highly recommend getting UNited States Conceal Carry Association (USCCA) membership and insurance. The app will automatically tell you if you have entered another state, laws, it has insurance in case you are involved in an incident and discounts on items. For good of the order: Retired MP, SASS shooter, Glock League, CC 7 days week for 30 years, coach/trainer M9/M4 for deploying NG units, I learned more about rights and responsibilities and the law concerning weapons carry from taking a MAG 20 course (actually every 3-4 years or so) taught by Massad Ayoob, than from all the years training, reading, practicing prior. These were sponsored by Shootrite Firearms Academy (Tiger Mckee), and wish I could afford to sent everybody I know that carries concealed or otherwise (including home defense) to one of his classes. Two 10 hour days for the MAG 20. Worth every cent... Just my opinion, your milage may vary Pop.

They were selling small Flags, approximately 10x12, at the Veterans car show tonight, $10 per Flag and there was a card to fill out that was attached to the Flag. I purchased one for my ole man, his brother, my uncles on my Mom’s side one who is a Bronze Star recipient. They were are all WW II Veterans that will be honored by putting the Flags on the walkway in the green area of the grounds. Lot’s of credit to the Township. Tina bought $30 in raffle ticket for the benefit, all for a great cause.

Started at 1700 but it was raining, rain stopped by 1815 and the sun came out…… had approximately 30 of the 80 cars show up. Lot’s of trophies 🏆. I found out recently that I'm somewhat of a celebraty with local police and sheriffs.Awhile back I convinced a rather large irrate man to not climb over the counter and beat the shit out of a rather small lady behind the counter. i simply took the spare mag and tapped it on the counter and said 'These are the spares. Theothers are in my pistol" and pushed the muzzle forwards in the jacket I was wearing. He left but we called 911 anyway. They questioned me and let me go, but apparently I've been talked about.. WITHOUT firing a shot. When they asked why I didn't shoot him. PAPERWORK and I was in a hurry that day. The funny part was they didn't ask for my CCP until late in the questioning.The best part was it was kept out of the papers because I didn't draw the weapon from my coat. which was fine with me.And I always get a big smile from the little lady when I get gas there.

I've had luck trapping foxes in Live box traps with squirrel roadkill. Something about the tree chicken which get way out of the fox's reach in the trees during their nocturnal hunting hours just drops their natural wariness around traps. Then it's Beretta 950 BS time... and I can tell you the .25 caliber sure as hell has a place for dealing with predators in a box trap. It gets between the bar wires and doesn't mangle the bottom wire grid of the trap too bad on the exit.

In the county, I now reside CCW renewals are handled via email although we must take a 4-hour "refresher" course including a state-prescribed course of fire requal. Hunted Whistlepigs most of my life. The side benifit was foxes. I use to cut the tails off and process them for the kids bicycles. There was one summer when half the kids in my neighborhood had foxtails on their bike handlebars.. Farmers love to see those fox tails. Shoot a groundhog and prop him up facing away from a tree line and sure as shit you'll see foxes. Then leave the fox laying in a field and here come the crows.

For good of the order: Retired MP, SASS shooter, Glock League, CC 7 days week for 30 years, coach/trainer M9/M4 for deploying NG units, I learned more about rights and responsibilities and the law concerning weapons carry from taking a MAG 20 course (actually every 3-4 years or so) taught by Massad Ayoob, than from all the years training, reading, practicing prior. These were sponsored by Shootrite Firearms Academy (Tiger Mckee), and wish I could afford to sent everybody I know that carries concealed or otherwise (including home defense) to one of his classes. Two 10 hour days for the MAG 20. Worth every cent... Just my opinion, your milage may vary Pop.

They were selling small Flags, approximately 10x12, at the Veterans car show tonight, $10 per Flag and there was a card to fill out that was attached to the Flag. I purchased one for my ole man, his brother, my uncles on my Mom’s side one who is a Bronze Star recipient. They were are all WW II Veterans that will be honored by putting the Flags on the walkway in the green area of the grounds. Lot’s of credit to the Township. Tina bought $30 in raffle ticket for the benefit, all for a great cause.
***** My old man was a Marine, his brother a Seabee, on my Mom’s side both Army…… names in order Harold Ross, Robert John Coghlan, Harold “Bud” , and William “Bill” Egan..Bronze Star recipient. all have passed RIP🇺🇸🇺🇸

Looks like you all have been busy tonight! Tina and I had dinner at Pasta Mia and then went over to the Township where she works. They had a car show this evening benefiting Veterans. Started at 1700 but it was raining, rain stopped by 1815 and the sun came out…… had approximately 30 of the 80 cars show up. Lot’s of trophies 🏆. She was smoozing with the Townships hierarchy and I was just eye candy? lol 😆 She’s sleeping now after watching a few 1833. Enjoy your night everyone 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I found out recently that I'm somewhat of a celebraty with local police and sheriffs.Awhile back I convinced a rather large irrate man to not climb over the counter and beat the shit out of a rather small lady behind the counter. i simply took the spare mag and tapped it on the counter and said 'These are the spares. Theothers are in my pistol" and pushed the muzzle forwards in the jacket I was wearing. He left but we called 911 anyway. They questioned me and let me go, but apparently I've been talked about.. WITHOUT firing a shot. When they asked why I didn't shoot him. PAPERWORK and I was in a hurry that day. The funny part was they didn't ask for my CCP until late in the questioning.The best part was it was kept out of the papers because I didn't draw the weapon from my coat. which was fine with me.And I always get a big smile from the little lady when I get gas there.

I've had luck trapping foxes in Live box traps with squirrel roadkill. Something about the tree chicken which get way out of the fox's reach in the trees during their nocturnal hunting hours just drops their natural wariness around traps. Then it's Beretta 950 BS time... and I can tell you the .25 caliber sure as hell has a place for dealing with predators in a box trap. It gets between the bar wires and doesn't mangle the bottom wire grid of the trap too bad on the exit.

I have had a CCW here in California for better than 30 years now. In the county, I now reside CCW renewals are handled via email although we must take a 4-hour "refresher" course including a state-prescribed course of fire requal. The following link talks about California being a quasi-stand-your-ground state. Wonder why the lefties haven't changed that one.

Hunted Whistlepigs most of my life. The side benifit was foxes. I use to cut the tails off and process them for the kids bicycles. There was one summer when half the kids in my neighborhood had foxtails on their bike handlebars.. Farmers love to see those fox tails. Shoot a groundhog and prop him up facing away from a tree line and sure as shit you'll see foxes. Then leave the fox laying in a field and here come the crows.

I had a concealed carry permit in NV for the last 10 years. It required a course/qual, fingerprints and background check. Know your laws.
I moved to FL. Here, if you're a veteran, you can provide a copy of your DD-214 in lieu of a course.
