Another weekend is here again, and Mom has to work. So we'll be staying at our good neighbor Hef's place for the weekend. We decided that we just wanted to hang out and chill this weekend, so the DeLorean is parked. Just to keep everyone in the loop, it's been an uneasy time at the HVAC shop the last few weeks. Deposits have gone missing, parts have gone missing, and lunches are being stolen out of the fridge. Number 3 was enraged that someone was stealing his samiches out of the fridge. Management didn't have a clue who it was or how to solve it. Big surprise there, Management could find a set of boobs in a strip club. So we set to work on solving it. We used the DeLorean's onboard computer system to end the big mystery once and for all. We inputted schedules, the overtime lists, and who did what service calls and where they were done. After all the data was analyzed, we quickly figured out it was Ramon who was committing these various thefts. We quickly traced the money to a private account he set up. Ramon was good at covering his tracks. Unfortunately for Ramon, he had us on his trail. Ramon, always playing the hero, always the braggart, thinking he was smarter than everyone else. We very easily seized the money from his account and transferred it to ours. Then it was a call to the police. We presented the evidence against Ramon to the cops, and they quickly arrested him. The hero Ramon would have a hard time paying back the money that was now in our account. We made it look like Ramon moved the money himself; he would have no reasonable answer for the detectives as to where the money ultimately ended up. Now that the big hero Ramon was dealt with, the only question was what to do with the money? Management needed to learn a valuable lesson, and just giving them back the money wouldn't be teaching them anything. So we decided to do something nice for Hef. We used the money to converted one of his old rooms into a man cave for him. With all the bells and whistles, no detail was left out. Something good had to come out of Ramon's thievery...
My husband is just coming back after a night out with friends so he could get a break. He saw I was still up and asked my DSP if I was a twat waffle the entire time he was gone. I'm just really glad he's back.
Donāt know when Iāll be on tonight, on the deck and enjoying some wine and cocktails with the neighbors. Tina grilled the steaks tonight and did a real nice job! My one and only had an opportunity to go to a concert tonight! One of her good friends bought tickets months ago but the husband is recovering from surgery. Wow, two scam calls in 2 days. Today was a guy pretending to be Verizon, my internet provider. He said he can show me how my security is breached but he has to get me on a PC to do it, can't by my MacBook, can't be my iPads (old one still works), can't be my iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone. He wanted me to get on my PC and have me enable the quick-assist/tech-assist thing for him.
The one yesterday was somebody pretending to be Wells Fargo and tricking me to do something that would give him access to my accounts. (7th time, same guys).
1st guy had an accent from India (or maybe Pakistan). 2nd guy was interesting, very very good standard US English but there was something, just a little different about the cadence of his voice (they don't quite get US English down like that unless they spent a lot of time in the US. Only a little off, I didn't notice it at first). Probably somebody who came to the US in his early teens from India but couldn't quite get the US accent 100 percent.

Simon77, this goes to you. I saw your comment on one of Dons videos about Facebook scammers. This is something that I do on the side. I track scammers. I noticed another scammer Facebook profile and I asked Facebook 7 times to remove it, but nothing. Facebook refused. So I go to the scammers friend list and I warn everyone on the friends list. Two days later I had a kid message me (he didn't listen to my warning) that the account I tried to get taken down is extorting him for $4000 and if he didn't send the scammer $4000 that the scammer would make his nude pictures public. I then befriended the scammer and was able to track them to Africa. You can see it on my Facebook page. Below is a link to my Facebook page, but Facebook is aware of massive amounts of scammer accounts and they wont do anything. This kid is 15, so I called his local police, but they couldn't do anything. I called the local police in Senegal and they wanted $500 to file a report. We scammer trackers can't win. WTF? Got back from a 4000 mile round trip road trip. Towing 8400 lbs. 8 travel days, 3 flat tires and one minor fender bender.
Overall not "bad " trip. But suddenly I have lower back pain that radiates down the outside of my hip down the front and inside of my leg and ends at the top of my knee.
I chalked it up to long days sitting behind the wheel.
Google says it's a pinched nerve/sciatica/herniated discs
Any recommendations?
Over the county anti-inflammatories, heat/ice and rest, chiropractor? Or all of the above?
I'm comfortable sitting but it's about a 6 on the pain scale when I try to sleep. No way to adjust my position to make the pain lessen or go away.

In the 1800s we gave California the Gum Tree and they gave us the Monterrey Pine. I think we won. We used them for wind breaks and in coastal areas as feature trees, they dont spread here by seed or sucker. But best suited to paddocks as wind breaks. Most of the original ones are dying off now, lived as long as they could. This one hadnt been touched in 170 years, my third go at it with the chain saw. I like them, climbed many, the smell of the resin on my hands takes me back more than 50 years now. It will be a nice cool corner when its finished. I am loathe to burn the dead wood, some of it has been dead for 100 years, almost white. Nothing eats it here. Such an exciting life.

My one and only had an opportunity to go to a concert tonight! One of her good friends bought tickets months ago but the husband is recovering from surgery. Sheās at the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, IL. I spent time in my late 30s and it was call the World Music Theatre. Train is playing tonight and she is having a great time! Wow, two scam calls in 2 days.
Today was a guy pretending to be Verizon, my internet provider. He said he can show me how my security is breached but he has to get me on a PC to do it, can't by my MacBook, can't be my iPads (old one still works), can't be my iPhone or Samsung Galaxy phone.
He wanted me to get on my PC and have me enable the quick-assist/tech-assist thing for him.
The one yesterday was somebody pretending to be Wells Fargo and tricking me to do something that would give him access to my accounts. (7th time, same guys).
1st guy had an accent from India (or maybe Pakistan).
2nd guy was interesting, very very good standard US English but there was something, just a little different about the cadence of his voice (they don't quite get US English down like that unless they spent a lot of time in the US. Only a little off, I didn't notice it at first). Probably somebody who came to the US in his early teens from India but couldn't quite get the US accent 100 percent.

Simon77, this goes to you. I saw your comment on one of Dons videos about Facebook scammers. This is something that I do on the side. I track scammers. I noticed another scammer Facebook profile and I asked Facebook 7 times to remove it, but nothing. Facebook refused. So I go to the scammers friend list and I warn everyone on the friends list. Two days later I had a kid message me (he didn't listen to my warning) that the account I tried to get taken down is extorting him for $4000 and if he didn't send the scammer $4000 that the scammer would make his nude pictures public. I then befriended the scammer and was able to track them to Africa. You can see it on my Facebook page. Below is a link to my Facebook page, but Facebook is aware of massive amounts of scammer accounts and they wont do anything. This kid is 15, so I called his local police, but they couldn't do anything. I called the local police in Senegal and they wanted $500 to file a report. We scammer trackers can't win. It's whack-a-mole.

Got back from a 4000 mile round trip road trip. Towing 8400 lbs. 8 travel days, 3 flat tires and one minor fender bender.
Overall not "bad " trip. But suddenly I have lower back pain that radiates down the outside of my hip down the front and inside of my leg and ends at the top of my knee.
I chalked it up to long days sitting behind the wheel.
Google says it's a pinched nerve/sciatica/herniated discs
Any recommendations?
Over the county anti-inflammatories, heat/ice and rest, chiropractor? Or all of the above?
I'm comfortable sitting but it's about a 6 on the pain scale when I try to sleep. No way to adjust my position to make the pain lessen or go away.
Throw a dog a bone.

In the 1800s we gave California the Gum Tree and they gave us the Monterrey Pine. I think we won.
We used them for wind breaks and in coastal areas as feature trees, they dont spread here by seed or sucker. But best suited to paddocks as wind breaks. Most of the original ones are dying off now, lived as long as they could.
This one hadnt been touched in 170 years, my third go at it with the chain saw. I like them, climbed many, the smell of the resin on my hands takes me back more than 50 years now. It will be a nice cool corner when its finished. I am loathe to burn the dead wood, some of it has been dead for 100 years, almost white. Nothing eats it here.

Every now and then a deal comes by you can't let go. Another member on my lease was selling this shotgun. Remington 1100 he wanted 150. It's a 2 3/4 which is fine. I don't need a 3" mag autoloader.
