You would be amazed at what Criminal States that are violated and can be prosecuted by the Department of Justice. Again, I don't like to tell people how to do there job, but when some helpful advice can be provided, especially when dealing with a mutt like this, to help put them behind bars,

soooo, Im changing cell carriers, called my current carrier bout 2 weeks ago to cancel my plan (last day was today) told em unlock my phone and all that. they gave me all needed info, told me everything was good to go, all I had to do was call new carrier n set everything up.
so I switched carriers last night, switched SIM cards, transferred my number and NOPE!!! phone wouldn't work, so switched back to my old SIM, NOPE!!! phone wouldn't work!

When they do manage to hustle-con one group of investors out of money under one alias they "start a new grift" with the pool of money number #1 to initiate the 2nd grift on a pool of victims under alias #2. They will also take the money from scam #1 to show the money to group #2 to reinforce their credibility to group #3. They always have a string of cons they run all at the same time, this is merely one of them. If you eat up his time by exposing his cons and force him to use more time, it neutralized him for only one alias. If you can neutralize all three of his aliases and cons, it will force him to eat up more and more time to set up grift #4 and #5 as he tries to salvage #1, #2, #3.

Someone like him has grifted, conned, and hustled his entire life, and at the age of 73, it is really all he knows, and it is the only way he can score easy money.

But expose him to sunlight, and it only shuts down the con-of-the-moment as he most likely has four other pools of "investors" and salivating to invest with him, until one of his investors canceled his birthdays.

Also grifters such as him need a secure base of operations which is more or less a safehouse where he can hide himself when everything goes sideways and the victims come looking for him. He will also have a different "life style" home for each pool of victims,a nd it woudl not suprise me to discover he has a "life style home" in California, Florida, and Colorado, but he also has a safehouse in Georgia. The thing about his lifestyle homes is that he will have to use tremendous care not to overlap his various identities to the same grifter address, and he has to use care not to carry the same cell phone to two diffent locations, but since he is a creature of habit, and he lacks technical training, his tradecraft is extremly poor, and he has already repeatedly violated this tradecraft (not that he even knows what "tradecraft" actually is.

When a person is somewhat affluent, and socially active, they often are easy to seduce with investment scams, as they mistakenly belive that money give then certain money management skills, and they feel that they are too smart to get conned. The grifters recognize this, and leverage it with sublte or not so subtle gaslighting and low intensity fraud, that allows them to manipulate then slowly, and what they typically leverage is greed, or an utter lack of knowledge in the things they are investing it, which people (co-investors) who also have a high level of knowledge or other things, but not of the topic the grifter is selling.

Grifters feed off of money, and the ignorance of the "investor" and of course they use a mix of charisma and arrogance in equal measure.

Proper due dillgence usually unmask even the most sophisticated of grifter, but this must be done without the "invester" getting sucked into a cravign for easy money, as the grifter typcially uses the targets "lust for fast money" as a weapon to cheat them..
