Here’s the funny part — while we were standing there waiting, this alligator just eased in like a ghost, slow and silent, and then casually beached himself right under that palm tree. Not a splash, not even a ripple… just stealth.
It's 35 F here. In my hometown of Oymyakon it's -36 F. My mom and I would be in front of the fireplace in our bear fur blankets reading if it was in the morning. I sure do miss my motherland and my bio family. 😔

Mom's off for the weekend, and she told us we'd better find something to do other than lie around all weekend playing video games. We wanted to visit Hef, but he was away in Toronto, Canada, eating poutine, drinking some Molson Canadian, and watching the Leafs game. He and Bob were able to get box seats; lucky HVAC guys, they get everything handed to them. So we decided to fire up the DeLorean and visit Terry's old stomping grounds. Yes sir, off to England; we went back in time to 1837. When we arrived we were startled by a gang of street urchins, they scared the "Dickens" out of us. Their leader was a kid named "Oliver," we quickly realized they were just a bunch of thieving pickpockets. They thought we were going to be an easy mark. They soon learned the art of the sucker punch, just like Senior taught us. Needless to say, we made short work of them, just like Senior says, "easy day." After we handed out the ass beating we decided to check out a few of the brothels. Have a few pints and check out the tavern wenches, we met a nice lady named Nancy. Lastly, we wanted to get something to eat before heading back to our time. We ended up in this filthy little soup hall. The portions were terrible, so we asked for more, and all hell broke loose. The situation definitely took a funny little "Twist" on us. Terry is going to get an earful when we get back home.

On this date, November 8th, in 1952, Robin's parents were married. Loyd and Lorraine Taylor, soulmates who went on an incredible journey. For better or for worse, a bond that could never be broken. A life of challenges, laughter, and joy. Now we know why Robin is such a wonderful person; she and her sister Margaret were raised by loving parents. They would have been married 73 years today. I'm very certain they are looking down on Robin and Margaret with pride and joy. Happy anniversary, Mr. and Mrs.Taylor; please save Robin and me a seat. RIP... 🙏🕊✝️💍

I wonder if that fireplace insert was one of those crazy ideas to have an "energy saving" fireplace. There were a lot of ideas like that, especially after some of those rapid rises in energy prices decades ago. Many didn't stand the test of time.
You're not supposed to have a "rip roaring" fire. You get a small clean fire, low draft so most of the energy doesn't go up the chimney, it was nothing you'd really enjoy as "sitting by the fireplace".
The idea was to heat up one end of the house, turn down the thermostat and save energy on heating oil or whatever you use. Some people were putting in wood burning stoves along with new ducting but " Hey! you've got a fireplace".
I'm going to lose $4k tonight on this Raiders game....

I said this on the other video but thanks to the government shutdown I haven't been able to go to my program for autistic adults since it's funded by the government and I've started regressing in my walking and motor skills. Thanks to my father's and husband's support they were able to get at home services for me while the shutdown goes on and my husband told the hospital he was going to work from home until I could go back to my program because I need extra support.

Looks like #3 got some court-ordered house arrest, ankle monitor and all. Some people will do anything to get out of writing an exam. Mom is very upset with him, and we promised her we wouldn't comment on the details. All I can say is his "mom's favorite" status is in serious jeopardy. Hef was in shock when he saw all the police cars rolling up on the house.

Update on missing boy Gus. The mail is there was a phone call that went through their wifi that no one is owning up to. The call was made with a burner phone. A farm worker previously undeclared as being there at the time, was discovered through phone records. End of the day they killed the boy. I believe it was A run over by accident B shot by accident C attacked by their dogs. The Daily Mail went there, this is the result. Trans Granny was not happy. The shotgun was for a snake....so they say.

I wonder if that fireplace insert was one of those crazy ideas to have an "energy saving" fireplace.
There were a lot of ideas like that, especially after some of those rapid rises in energy prices decades ago.
Many didn't stand the test of time.
You're not supposed to have a "rip roaring" fire. You get a small clean fire, low draft so most of the energy doesn't go up the chimney, it was nothing you'd really enjoy as "sitting by the fireplace".
The idea was to heat up one end of the house, turn down the thermostat and save energy on heating oil or whatever you use. Some people were putting in wood burning stoves along with new ducting but " Hey! you've got a fireplace".

I said this on the other video but thanks to the government shutdown I haven't been able to go to my program for autistic adults since it's funded by the government and I've started regressing in my walking and motor skills. Thanks to my father's and husband's support they were able to get at home services for me while the shutdown goes on and my husband told the hospital he was going to work from home until I could go back to my program because I need extra support.

In ARMY, the 11Bs only needed like 400-450 points to make e5, whereas I needed 950-1000 points any given month and, of course, the 11Bs got priority for any schools to earn their points.
