Outback Hillbilly Abandoned by Father Cooks Chicken Soup Part one part two tomorrow morning.

Simmer a large chicken all night in a pot large enough to cover it with water. Add few bay leaves, two chicken stock cubes two vegie stock cubes, if you wake up at 3am you can turn it off.
The next day heat it up again, strain the liquid, keep it. Discard bones, black meat, some skin, sinews, tendons, stick the rest in the fridge.

So this happened earlier this afternoon, one block over from where I live. The black truck was making a left turn at the intersection. The gray car was heading south through the intersection. I guess the black truck thought they could make the left before the through traffic (gray car) entered the intersection. The gray car swerved right, ended up hitting the black truck a glancing blow, veered right, and ended up crashing into the house on the corner. Thank God there were no injuries involved in this accident. Couldn't imagine what was going through the homeowner's mind when the car hit the house. The guy in the black truck was at fault, not sure if he was impaired or not. We'll know soon when the final report comes out...

I had to work three days while my husband is also working so neither of us have been able to go grocery shopping for this week. I sent him a text saying I got Domino's delivery because I'm completely drained for trying to figure out what to cook and he jokingly said he was getting a second wife to pick up the slack since I've been lagging. I told him Paganism has no rules so I would get a second husband if he wanted to be a male skank. Lol.

Chicken breast, rice, broccoli, and cauliflower tonight. Power meal.

43 years ago today. Feels like 43 years too.

Today a customer told me I looked like Dylan Klebold who was one of the Columbine school shooters in 99. I didn't know how to respond so I just gave them a very confused thumbs up. At least I'm off for five days.

Great stories Don. Whatever happens in life you'll will always have those memories. Divorced my x daughter was 7 was the first time I started taking her hunting to the woods etc. I would drive back from my hunt lease from N FL 4 hours and pick her up for my weekend on Friday and take her up then on Sunday drive her home to her Mom. Unfortunately the x was so miserable if she was late threatening me with court etc. As she got older I pulled a couple of your not going to school we're staying. As good parents our life revolved around our kids as it should be. Hope Everyone is having a great day
