I think I might have missed some parts about DJ’s disgusting wife… Will someone in the chat kindly break down to me those details? I’ve tried to go back and watch the relevant videos, but think I missed it. Please don’t misunderstand me, I’m certainly not being disrespectful… I’m just new here. All I have been able to pick up by watching YouTube videos and the Netflix documentary is that DJ is a pathological liar, spoiled, ungrateful, crybaby brat about his skateboard who abandoned his son & his wife is an ugly frog hopping, control freak. Is she preventing DJ from having a relationship with his family and his only son? God, my heart breaks for Don and Diane. You guys are such amazing people. I would love to meet you someday and be in the presence of such wonderful humans…

Don, I'm local here in Chesapeake and a couple of years ago I befriended a guy whose daughter I was coaching on my daughter's 10U travel softball team here in town. His name was Adam - last initial is C. I'll leave it at that for anonymity sake.

I can't recall how the subject came up, but sitting around having beers one weekend after games in the summer of 2024 he mentioned DJ's name - my "Navy SEAL buddy from high school." As a long-time member here, my ears perked up. He said that he spent many a night partying with DJ at the log cabin and knew you guys well at the time. He went on to tell me that he was with DJ and participated in the events on the fateful day that DJ jacked up that 22 year old boy for talking to his girlfriend.

It's been almost 2 years since the convo, so details are fuzzy now, but the theme of his claims were that you and Diane threw Adam under the bus and told the cops/courts that it was all his fault and DJ was in the wrong place at the wrong time. Adam basically said he ended up taking "the fall" for DJ in the end in the legal system.

I don't associate with Adam anymore today. As I got to know him better, I realized how much of a douchebag he is. And then, as ironic as it seems coming from a guy who was bitching about being stabbed in the back, a few months after the conversation about DJ, Adam ended up stabbing me in the back over little girls softball.

Just thought I'd pass along that little nugget of info since you reposting this DJ series jogged my memory on it...

Red-letter day! Finally out of this dam neck brace and walking hard again. Lining up a getaway — five days of waterfalls, back roads, fresh air, easy stuff nothing over five miles. Time to shake this cabin fever…. Oh yeah

I can read and write Russian and when something like this happens, like you say..."It sticks out like a boner in a speedo". Maybe just a grave of a guy with the same last name?
