Yesterday I assembled my new grill, Traeger is great for smoking and low and slow but doesn’t do well with higher heat and general grilling. Will have to get some red meat for the weekend! Look into drinking raw milk from grass fed cows and goats daily. This is the best super food, not the same as pasteurized. It's legal in many states, Virginia has some restrictions, but legal. Fully legal in California, so they should have in BUDS, I would recommend up to 1/2 gallon a day for these guys, this is basically the only food you could live off of indefinitely, same as mothers milk, excellent formula.Many states are getting into it since Ron Paul tried to get the Raw milk freedom act passed. Do research, not a bad idea for folks training hard.Good for pets as well.
