Never heard of “bug juice” as it was called as a kid attractive to deer. Grape tongue? We used to get quart Clorox bottles and made pidgin decoys and would cut some to make wings . Worked every time. Have folks save those quart bottles! Can’t wait to see video

the deer here in colorado like to drink out of those stock tanks next to windmills- they prefer the clean water- so u can wait by the stock tank on the morning of deer season- they get a last drink before hiding for the day

Corn will do that probably because of the sugar. Pellet stoves that folks burn corn In have to be cleaned out or they get where they won’t feed. Lotta guys back home would approach a farmer and buy a truck load of corn from them and have them deliver it to their place and dump it.
