Be sure to call ahead for refill and pharmacy so no issues. A friend got hip replacement and take pharmacy several days to fill.  You might want to speak to nurse call ahead.  I asked my brother and he was taking every4 hours 15 in first couple weeks.  Be well thinking about getting healed asap!  Best Flying Honker

Heres probably the finest American I have ever had the pleasure to meet. We had well I had a beer and the General had a water. Spoke to me for 10 minutes alone because I didnt ask for a photo with him. I said I guess you get sick of it and he said sometimes but not here everyone so nice.
It was such a special moment I didnt want to ruin it and ended our meeting with a handshake. Should have got an Autograph I spose but I was just happy to have had such a special moment.
I knew of everything he had done. We talked about the War. We spoke about breaking the Sound Barrier and the fact that Scientists didnt know what would happen He might have imploded, might have popped his eyeballs no one knew.

38 years ago I was riding a bicycle with 550 Americans from Melbourne to Sydney. riding 800 miles in 10 days. Americans had already had their 200th Birthday and so it was our turn. I was expecting just another bike ride. Not so. We were all drunk for the 10 riding days and blind for the 4 rest days. Good times. Its why I love Americanos.Their passion for life was infectious. Following American girls wearing Bikinis on Bicycles was very alluring. My God there were some hotties. And they were not stuck up like the local ones. There was a lot of cross cultural experiences inside tents at night I can assure you.

Been meaning to share this. My Mom was at her cabin in Murphy NC couple weeks ago and sent this pic from her yard. It's a phenomenon called ghost apples. Apparently from what she explained the water around the apple freezes, the flesh of the apple rots and apparently leaks out leaving the frozen form. Pretty neat.

Combo of Iv and oral diladid plus something called toradahl and tramadal. Chu, did you have this type of pain? Maybe it’s just me.

Start date at Teck Elk Valley Coal Mine Feb. 21 . Going to be under mask a lot of the time due to a biproduct called Silica . Seen Chiroprator yesterday . Twice a week till I start work . Time to start drying out and get focused .

It might be a good idea to put in a high toilet anyway, they are for elderly and folks with certain medical conditions.
When my folks built their retirement townhouse they had those installed new with the townhome. Some of the neighbors tore out the old ones (which were new and came with the townhouse) when they saw those and realized the benefit.

It could help with stress on the knee and other things over the years. They should be under 400 bucks and you should be able to have a plumber install one for under 600 which is cheap compared to anything that's a medical benefit.

When I was released from the hospital after open back surgery (lumbar lam) they sent me home with a toilet extension kit that's supposed to fit on any toilet.
You sit way way up, it's higher than the higher toilets for old folks.
It really helps to not have to get your body all the way down & up. 

It was sort of a cheap one with a chute instead of the whole body ones I saw on Amazon that are meant to be sort of permanent, I threw it away later.

Hang in there Diane, you too Senior. If you guys need anything, I'll send it over.
