Sea stories are always good. Amazing how we survived back in the day when we think about it now. I was on Point Loma from 1985 to 1995 with my time split between two submarines (USS Barb and USS Louisville) and a shore duty (SUBTRAFAC). San Diego was a nice place to be stationed at but I'm sure glad I'm not out there now as there are too many crazies!

She worked in the banquet department at hotel del I had a motorcycle and that was the only transportation we had. We could swap stories for hours. Another day maybe.
