cheers from florida, down here it is said to go out during low tide like that but to only harvest the ones that are still covered in water. the sun kills those ones at low tide down here and there's a higher likelihood of getting a bad one if it has been out in the sun but that's florida

That looks fantastic! Ah and the fresh oysters *sigh* If it wasn't such a long drive, I'd say we'd be right over! :)

I'll bet jailhouse food is better and has more caloric value.
Viva stuffed carbage!

The food is so bad here
All I can think about are those stuffed peppers now Diane.
Oysters in your back yard...that's awesome.
I'm in Indiana but love good fresh oysters.

I can't wait to make a batch of these when I go home
I have on my St. Paddy's green. Got it the hard way on St. Patty's day. Had a heart attack right before I was gonna have corn beef and cabbage.

Hi Diane, I'm going to try the tomato soup next time I make cabbage rolls. I always put a stuffed red pepper in the middle of the pot for the sweetness. ( I cook on top of stove) While I was making them last week.. You came to mind, going to put sriracha sauce in the meat mixture.
