I feel ya SC I’m going through dealing with kidney stones I had surgery on the 29th of august and my surgeon said I have at least 2 more to remove fractured stones and a stent he left in. Let me tell you if you’ve never pissed razor blades you’ll not know the pain of pissing little pieces of coral. I’m tired of pissing blood and I shit you not dame near passing out every time I piss. And of course part of the treatment is drinking enough water to flood lake mead.

Anyone remember this ride... Every Summer when the fair came to town, this was my favorite ride. My dad and I went on this ride a million times. My mom only once...🤣
I remember being outside all the time. Playing baseball, road hockey, riding my bike, playing hide and seek, Nicky Nicky nine doors, swimming, fishing, going to the arcade, watching the construction workers operate the big machinery, and who could ever forget the playground fist fights. I'd be out the door and only back home to eat, you could hear my mom screaming my name when it was time to come home for lunch or supper.

You’re just a year older than me …..unfortunately you have to take it a bit easy…Our minds say “ oh hell yea we can do that” …body after your abuse as a SEAL better learn to think twice before you really jack yourself up…older we get the longer it takes to heal up too. I wasnt a SEAL by no means , but was a crazy ass Marine … I’m having to learn to slow it down a bit . Like Diane I messed up my rotator cuff and Dr.s of course wanted to operate , but i wouldnt let them , because due to diabetes and neuropathy / nerve damage it would take forever for me to heal …. So i just left rotator cuff alone … after 4 years It feels fine .

good morning senior chief- i can add my self treatment for back pain as a suggestion for the SC- lay it flat lay it straight dont move- i like to lay on the floor with my feet up on a coffee table or something similar- also i like to "hump on a broomstick"> i lay on top of a thick broomstick or maybe a thin rolling pin- there are concave parts of your back on each side of your spine- i set a length or part or piece of a broomstick right next to my spine and lay on it- also rock on it- klatch pop clunk- i sympathize with the injured folks

Senior,sorry to hear about your back pain.It sounds like it it may be sciatica.If I may perhaps. I can give a few suggestians.As you know,I a mid femur amputee.I have tried a TENs unit,no help.I was tired of the meds and did not like the the quality of life.My pain Dr. helped me find a solution.I don't know how bad you are,but for me in order to stay off the meds we both did a lot research.We both agreed that the only way for me to stay off the meds had to be a surgically placed implant in my back next to my spine.It worked for over for almost ten years.For not going into how it works ,it is made by Boston Scientific.It can be a little riskey but no meds after this.Tech has come a long way since my amputation in the mid 60's.No meds now.Just booze,and that is mostly just for fun! Hunting season is full on right now.Moose,both species of bear.No Caribou in this hunting in this GMU this year thanks to those Berckley educated biology idiots.Aiso mountain goat and Dall sheep(Which I don't hunt,for obivious reasons) And By the way,Happy Birthday Mason!

Two guys are walking through the woods one day when they stumble across a big deep hole. The first guy peers into it and says, “Wow! That looks deep.”
The second guy says, “It sure does. Let’s throw a few pebbles in there and see how deep it is. We’ll be able to tell the depth by how long it is before we hear the noise of the pebbles landing.”
So they pick up a few pebbles and throw them in and wait. Nothing. There’s no noise. The first guy says, “Jeeez. That is really deep. I know, let’s throw one of these great big rocks down there. Those should make a noise.”
So they pick up a couple football-sized rocks and toss them into the hole and wait… and wait… Again, nothing.
They look at each other in amazement. Then the first guy gets a determined look on his face and says, “Hey, over here in the weeds, there’s a railroad tie. Help me carry it over. When we toss that sucker in, it’s gotta make some noise.”
So the two of them drag the heavy tie over to the hole and heave it in. Once again, not a sound comes from the hole.
Suddenly, out of the nearby woods, a goat appears, running like the wind. It rushes toward the two men, then right past them, running as fast as it’s legs will carry it. Suddenly it leaps in the air and into the hole.
The two men are astonished with what they’ve just seen and look at each other in amazement. Then, out of the woods comes a farmer who spots the men and ambles over. He asks them, “Hey, you two guys seen my goat out here?”
The first guy says, “You bet we did! Craziest thing I ever saw. It came running like crazy and just jumped into this hole and disappeared!”
“Nah”, says the farmer, “That couldn’t have been my goat. My goat was chained to a railroad tie.”

Man I know where you're at right now. I've had 3 back surgeries. I dont even put my socks on without contemplating the movements involved. My last surgery I was in the hospital for 2 days being pumped full of pain meds on a drip. Then they kicked me out with 3 vicodin and said good luck. It felt like an anvil got dropped on my lower back. Try tiger balm. It kind of helps. Do anything to avoid surgery! My nerve impingement was so bad I had to I couldn't stand for 20 seconds.

Most of you know I am the local dog minder as I have dogs and I know what its like to not be able to go away when you have a dog. The latest is Harry the replacement for bango that got run over. So this 70 year old lady gets a puppy Maremma x Lab. Now its 120 pounds so she gave it to her son who has fucked off to Thailand for 2 weeks. So I took it to the Oval for a run took an hour to get it back. Doesnt even know its name. It just looks at you and runs off because its used to being the Boss. Im over it for sure I think the Voluntary dog minding business is now closed. So it can go back to where it came from and I will just feed and water it. Not my problem. It has spent two years with a 70 year old woman who couldnt even walk it cooped up in a house as big as a car and a yard as big as an outback shithouse. Now its in the Country and the sights and sounds are too much for the idiot of a thing. Not its fault, some people should not have dogs.
I am lucky it did not see the sheep in the paddock next to the Oval ot it would never have come back.
An Oval is a Football/Cricket ground about 150 yards long and 75 wide. Forgot to take a pic will post one tomorrow.

I ruptured a disc L5 about 8 years ago and only now is it getting any better. All the 'jam" leaked out of the disc and ran down the spinal column putting pressure on all sorts of nerves. Lyrica work for me. The other day I dug a vegie patch 5 yards x 1 yard and half a yard deep. Used to take me 15 minutes but now I have to do it over 4 days or I am immobile. It could be worse thats the way I look at it.
I have half an acre now and believe me thats enough to look after.

I had my Disc surgery at Chesapeake General and was out taking Bull riding lessons that same weekend.🤣 ( Not really) But instantly felt 100% better when I woke up. Haven't had any problems since then.

I remember being outside all the time. Playing baseball, road hockey, riding my bike, playing hide and seek, Nicky Nicky nine doors, swimming, fishing, going to the arcade, watching the construction workers operate the big machinery, and who could ever forget the playground fist fights. I'd be out the door and only back home to eat, you could hear my mom screaming my name when it was time to come home for lunch or supper.

Dang MC !!! You’re just a year older than me …..unfortunately you have to take it a bit easy…Our minds say “ oh hell yea we can do that” …body after your abuse as a SEAL better learn to think twice before you really jack yourself up…older we get the longer it takes to heal up too. I wasnt a SEAL by no means , but was a crazy ass Marine … I’m having to learn to slow it down a bit . Like Diane I messed up my rotator cuff and Dr.s of course wanted to operate , but i wouldnt let them , because due to diabetes and neuropathy / nerve damage it would take forever for me to heal …. So i just left rotator cuff alone … after 4 years It feels fine .

good morning senior chief- i can add my self treatment for back pain as a suggestion for the SC- lay it flat lay it straight dont move- i like to lay on the floor with my feet up on a coffee table or something similar- also i like to "hump on a broomstick"> i lay on top of a thick broomstick or maybe a thin rolling pin- there are concave parts of your back on each side of your spine- i set a length or part or piece of a broomstick right next to my spine and lay on it- also rock on it- klatch pop clunk- i sympathize with the injured folks

Senior,sorry to hear about your back pain.It sounds like it it may be sciatica.If I may perhaps. I can give a few suggestians.As you know,I a mid femur amputee.I have tried a TENs unit,no help.I was tired of the meds and did not like the the quality of life.My pain Dr. helped me find a solution.I don't know how bad you are,but for me in order to stay off the meds we both did a lot research.We both agreed that the only way for me to stay off the meds had to be a surgically placed implant in my back next to my spine.It worked for over for almost ten years.For not going into how it works ,it is made by Boston Scientific.It can be a little riskey but no meds after this.Tech has come a long way since my amputation in the mid 60's.No meds now.Just booze,and that is mostly just for fun! Hunting season is full on right now.Moose,both species of bear.No Caribou in this hunting in this GMU this year thanks to those Berckley educated biology idiots.Aiso mountain goat and Dall sheep(Which I don't hunt,for obivious reasons) And By the way,Happy Birthday Mason!

Two guys are walking through the woods one day when they stumble across a big deep hole.
The first guy peers into it and says, “Wow! That looks deep.”
The second guy says, “It sure does. Let’s throw a few pebbles in there and see how deep it is. We’ll be able to tell the depth by how long it is before we hear the noise of the pebbles landing.”
So they pick up a few pebbles and throw them in and wait. Nothing. There’s no noise.
The first guy says, “Jeeez. That is really deep. I know, let’s throw one of these great big rocks down there. Those should make a noise.”
So they pick up a couple football-sized rocks and toss them into the hole and wait… and wait… Again, nothing.
They look at each other in amazement. Then the first guy gets a determined look on his face and says, “Hey, over here in the weeds, there’s a railroad tie. Help me carry it over. When we toss that sucker in, it’s gotta make some noise.”
So the two of them drag the heavy tie over to the hole and heave it in. Once again, not a sound comes from the hole.
Suddenly, out of the nearby woods, a goat appears, running like the wind. It rushes toward the two men, then right past them, running as fast as it’s legs will carry it. Suddenly it leaps in the air and into the hole.
The two men are astonished with what they’ve just seen and look at each other in amazement.
Then, out of the woods comes a farmer who spots the men and ambles over. He asks them, “Hey, you two guys seen my goat out here?”
The first guy says, “You bet we did! Craziest thing I ever saw. It came running like crazy and just jumped into this hole and disappeared!”
“Nah”, says the farmer, “That couldn’t have been my goat. My goat was chained to a railroad tie.”

"Oh my!" commiserated the Mother. "How unfortunate! But surely that didn't make you blaspheme, Sister!"
"No, that wasn't it," admitted Sister. "While I was still trying to fathom what had happened, this squirrel ran out of the woods, grabbed my ball and ran off down the fairway!"
"Oh, that would have made me blaspheme!" sympathized the Mother Superior.
"But I didn't, Mother Superior!" sobbed the Sister. "I was so proud of myself!"
While I was pondering whether this was a sign from God, this hawk swooped down, grabbed the squirrel and flew off, with my ball still clutched in the squirrel's paws!"
"So that's when you cursed," said the Mother with a knowing smile.
"Nope, that wasn't it either," cried the Sister, anguished, "....as the hawk started to fly out of sight, the squirrel started struggling, and the hawk dropped him right on the green.
The ball popped out of the squirrel's paws and rolled to about 18 inches from the cup!"
Mother Superior sat abruptly back in her chair, folded her arms across her chest, fixed the Sister with a baleful stare and said ..."You missed the fucking putt, didn't you?"

Man I know where you're at right now. I've had 3 back surgeries. I dont even put my socks on without contemplating the movements involved. My last surgery I was in the hospital for 2 days being pumped full of pain meds on a drip. Then they kicked me out with 3 vicodin and said good luck. It felt like an anvil got dropped on my lower back. Try tiger balm. It kind of helps. Do anything to avoid surgery! My nerve impingement was so bad I had to I couldn't stand for 20 seconds.

Most of you know I am the local dog minder as I have dogs and I know what its like to not be able to go away when you have a dog.
The latest is Harry the replacement for bango that got run over.
So this 70 year old lady gets a puppy Maremma x Lab. Now its 120 pounds so she gave it to her son who has fucked off to Thailand for 2 weeks.
So I took it to the Oval for a run took an hour to get it back.
Doesnt even know its name. It just looks at you and runs off because its used to being the Boss.
Im over it for sure I think the Voluntary dog minding business is now closed.
So it can go back to where it came from and I will just feed and water it.
Not my problem.
It has spent two years with a 70 year old woman who couldnt even walk it cooped up in a house as big as a car and a yard as big as an outback shithouse.
Now its in the Country and the sights and sounds are too much for the idiot of a thing. Not its fault, some people should not have dogs.
I am lucky it did not see the sheep in the paddock next to the Oval ot it would never have come back.
An Oval is a Football/Cricket ground about 150 yards long and 75 wide. Forgot to take a pic will post one tomorrow.

I ruptured a disc L5 about 8 years ago and only now is it getting any better. All the 'jam" leaked out of the disc and ran down the spinal column putting pressure on all sorts of nerves. Lyrica work for me.
The other day I dug a vegie patch 5 yards x 1 yard and half a yard deep. Used to take me 15 minutes but now I have to do it over 4 days or I am immobile.
It could be worse thats the way I look at it.
I have half an acre now and believe me thats enough to look after.

I had my Disc surgery at Chesapeake General and was out taking Bull riding lessons that same weekend.🤣 ( Not really) But instantly felt 100% better when I woke up. Haven't had any problems since then.

Oh my gosh! Thank you so much! Lily just showed me this and I was SHOCKED! I watch your videos every single day! It means the world to me that you took the time to tell me Happy Birthday!
