Mrs. Shipley you may have a Uric acid buildup in your joints. A homeopathic cure for that is to stack supplements, glucosamine and chondriton with turmeric extract & fish or flaxseed oil. This takes 2-3 weeks to kick in but it has worked wonders for me.
