I completely agree with Scott & Dottie, don't shut it down - take a break. As you say Don all things must come to an end; however, why not take a break yourself and have your staff of instructors become responsible for organizing and running it so that you can focus on the phonies. I am not a business sort of guy, and perhaps that isn't a realistic option for you at this time, but I had to chime in. Tough choices......

End Of An Era - had me chopping onions. My wish is, by popular demand, D &D are bombarded with requests for courses that they have to run a few a year. Feeling sad :(

So glad that I was able to go through as part of the last class. What an awesome experience. Reminded me a lot of my time in the Marine Corps. I totally miss the camaraderie and professionalism. Civilian life sucks!

If you are serious about ending it, then you will have the time to write the book I suggested - get in touch with me and we'll get you hooked up with a publisher and get you an advance. And I know just the person to take your place over if you are really getting out.
