When my friend died in 2015, he was so out of it, from the cancer treatments, that he never told me where in Rhode Island his parents were buried. In a weird stroke of luck I was able to get ahold of one of his relatives. Then I called the cemetery and they wanted 300..00 to put his ashes in the grave. Then unbeknownst to me, you have, to make a so called minimum donation of 300.00 to the church. Well my friends brother is a priest and he said that we could avoid both fees, buy a potted plant, put the ashes in it, bring it to the cemetery, and plant the potted plant next to the grave stone, he said few words, without wearing his white priest collar. And as you like to say, Jimmy cracked corn, and I don't fucking care.
