one of the greatest men I ever had the sheer honor of knowing died on 11 JAN 24. he was the Principal of my Elementary school, a Coach and my 8th grade teacher. he joined the U.S. Naval Academy in 1955 and he also trained as a Hospital Corpsman, which led to him working as a Surgical Ward Corpsman at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, CA in 1956. After which he continued to serve as a Navy Hospital Corpsman 1st Class until the year 1962.

HISTORIC VICTORY IN IOWA

Well its that time of year again. The nutter sold his house some fool paid 130k for it I wouldnt pay 50 but that gets rid of him hooray.
We were going to hold a farewell party but someone bashed him and ran him over instead last night.
It began brewing on Sunday Monday was no better and tuesday I could see it building up. Drugs you cant escape them.

The Police report sums it up. I have no sympathy for him as he bashes women but I feel sorry for the dog. Little Tonka was a nice lil doggy.

A man will face court today charged with attempt murder.

About 10.30pm last night (Monday 15 January) police were called to Barrier Highway, North of the township of Hallett, after reports there had been altercation between two men. One of the men had allegedly been hit by a car and assaulted. The two men are known to each other.

The victim, a 25-year-old Hallett man, was taken to hospital before being flown to the RAH for treatment of serious but non-life threatening injuries.

A 33-year-old Hallett man was arrested at the scene and has been charged with attempt murder. He was refused bail and will appear in the Port Pirie Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 16 January).

I Just seen the aftermath. Ran him and the dog over and then kicked him to pieces hes got no teeth left and not much of a head either.

Hes the one who bashed the lady across the road a couple of years ago so zero sympathy but the poor dog makes me sad.

For a town of maybe 70 full time residents we are awash with crime. Its a house of ferals and shearers who are the cause of it all. Just meth heads the Police dont do shit but maybe now they will. Never been an attempted murder here let alone a murder.

If you have line of sight from the barn to the gate, no trees in the way, you could go from the house to the barn and the barn to the gate. 4 antennas at $99 each. 150 Mbps throughput, 15 km range. It looks like around a half a km for the longest link so you would have power to spare.
