Back in the late '70s and early '80s in my EMT days the training was that a larger faster bullet would pass through while a 22 was more likely to bounce off ribs, stay in the chest cavity and do devastating damage. Is that still conventional wisdom or have theories changed?

Spent some time at the local super gas station waiting for a friend that didn't know the way to todays get together. It's right off a major highway. Got a breakfast sandwhich while waiting. 27 vehicles came and gased up while I waited. This was just on my side. The station has 4 electric vehicle stations at the far end of the property. None were used while I was there. My thoughts went to what this would have looked like if they were all electric vehicles just charging for 30 minutes which won't get them to full charge. They're going to need to buy some more property if they plan on becoming electric capable in the future. Thankfully I'll be long gone by then. Then I thought what this would have looked like when the temps are down around zero ha-ha-ha

SW3 and BU2 were under me as C.Co operations Chief. SW worked for me in Iraq 2003, this was his second Combat deployment.
BU2 was on Det Albania. Job site Accident, He died In Germany after Complications from surgery.

SW3 Knott was with Main Body Iraq, Killed In Theater, by Enemy action.

CECN passed after Battalion PT. Had an Brain aneurysm.
