The Local Council hates my guts they think I am the Devil.

To Whom It May Concern,

Re: Submission Permit Sec 222 Proposal Collinsville Station

I protest the proposed Permit in the strongest possible terms.

These Roads are Crown Land and Council is not able in Law to grant exclusive access to such lands without declaring the applicants financial interest in any such proposal let alone without the express approval of the parties listed below.

Furthermore, Council is unable to grant any rights to the aforementioned lands without the express permission of the Traditional owners of the land as per the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Heritage Protection Act.

Any move by Council to grant the above mentioned Permit in the manner proposed will be referred to the Attorney General South Australia, ATSIC and both State and Federal Ministers.

I can add for your information that any such proposal risks the lives of travelers using not only the Crown Lands listed but also the Crown Lands that abut them.

Furthermore Council is unable to grant any such permit without referral to the State Government, Country Fire Service, the Department for Environment and Water, the Department for Infrastructure and Transport and the Department for Treasury and Finance. Council is also Statute bound to adhere to certain time frames and various conditions which under the Act, Council has not attempted to comply with.

Council is not The Crown. Council simply manages Crown Lands on behalf of the Crown. Council has no right in Law to prevent any living individual from accessing Road Reserves owned by The Crown. Any attempt by Council to divest Crown Lands to some unnamed party is unlawful.

Council seems to be attempting to usurp the rights of the People and that will not stand in Law.
I know only too well that Council is used to acting outside of the Law and that must cease.
Ignorance is no longer an excuse.

In the simplest possible terms, Council is no longer able to do what it likes because some Farmer bangs his fist on the desk.
I suggest Council consults with local Business owners whose livelihood will be seriously compromised by such a proposal.
The attempt by Council to close a very popular Tourist route will not stand.

A copy of this email has been sent to the parties mentioned above as well as the Ngadjuri Nation Elders and several Media outlets.

I put Council on Notice, this attempt at subterfuge will not be tolerated.

Any update on the administration of the Navy Seal Museum? I sent them a nice (no longer want to participate) note last year, and why (promoting that a fake doggie Seal guy, who's wife and dog both supposedly killed Russians in the Ukraine) however, I just recently, again, received the nice magazine. On what date was the decision made by Council to resurface Range Road
On what date was the works request entered into the Council data base of road works requests
What is the total expenditure of moneys spent on resealing Range Road
What is the number of private vehicles that use Range Road in any given year
Who other than Cr Gebherd owns land adjacent to Range Road
How is it possible that Range Road can be resurfaced when the Residents of Hallett do not have trafficable footpaths
Council is aware that Hallett has citizens who are forced to walk and use their mobility scooters on the Barrier Highway for want of trafficalble footpaths
When does Council intend to rectify this situation

Im just warming up its going to be a hoot as they will call the Cops but they close at 5pm so will take 2 hours to get them to drag me out as they will have to come from 2 hours away.

Zero sales tax on the plates, zero property tax, and full access to disabled parking, and in most states is allows me to park at any parking mteer free of charges nd to park at any paid city lot, totally free of charge. The probelms is the plate drastically increases the frequency of beign pulled over my state and country authors, just to thank me for my service and check to ensure the veteran to whom the plates were issued was actually in the vehicle.
