Sad to report my dear old mate Shipley is being put to sleep tomorrow. I suspect its Cancer, the heat really knocked him around. It got to 47C here for three days, which is 117F, the aircon could only drop the temp to 30 or so, it didnt get below 100 at night, so that really fucked him on top of what he has. No more sparking him up with a ball or the pool or an invitation to walk today.
This morning he was moaning softly in time with his breath, so the time has come.
This afternoon he gave me that look, that all old dogs do. I got him at 3, he turned 14 in October, always been about 75 pounds, cant live forever. All of my dogs have been special, but Shipley loves me like no other dog has. Probably because his previous owner gave him the ass.

The Vet is coming late tomorrow arvo, shes a woman, last time I had a female vet I got caught perving at her tits.

My salmon "crisps" involved them sliced os salmon, which I partially air dry under vacuum oto pull out the moisture, then I heat it, di p its into hot honey, and bake it until I drive the water to of the crisps, I also pack the salomon in sea salt for a couple of days forbear I drive and then after the initial dry I add strong vinegar befofre I dip it in honey.
