For those that might want to know. I found the cause of my wifes printer problem. The dialog box that comes up to print pdf shipping return label had the destination changed, by what I don't know. I suspect an update caused the change.The destination was changed to microsoft something or other ,when it's supposed to be her default printer. Reselected her printer and she's back in business.I told her it would wind up being something simple stupid. Hope this helps someone down the road.
